how do you get the 11 star modifier? For the first time in my life I am around Legend 1000. Slightly below or above. Should I finish the month below 1000 or if the level is reached once it's enough ? tks

I am 69 years old and still reach Legend
I'm a Gold player so I don't know exactely, but according to some streamers being top 1000 will lead to 11 *

End of the month. If you really want that bonus (which is quite nice to have, reaching Legend never felt this easy) you should just camp at that spot...although that's really boring and I wouldn't recommend it.
Unless you plan on playing garbage decks for the rest of the month it shouldn't be too hard to maintain your current rank until the end.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
IIRC it's the top percentage of the number of players in Legend (or possibly MMR). Since that varies/fluctuates per season and per region, no one can say for certain the exact number. I do agree though that the general consensus is around 1k.
