It's not just about Garrosh but it would be really helpful if you specify how many tasks it takes to obtain each equipment(I don't know why blizzard had to mix them up in the first place though). Other than that, these pages are really really helpful to me to calculate things. Thanks for the effort.

Garrosh is the number 1 boss killer in the format. He is obviously good in any orc comp, but he can do much more. When you use Dueling Gauntlets and pair him with Tirion's Judgement of Humility, he can shred any boss into pieces. There might be a way to make this combo even stronger but Im not sure how it works, I mean Im not sure if the Gauntlets will check Garrosh's health at every attack, or it just checks it at the beginning. If we can trust the wording and it works like it should, then Rokara's Offensive rally can add up to +7/+14 PER attack to Garrosh, and its still a battle to the death.
So yeah, great potential, especially against bosses.
Garraoh + Rokara + Samuro is hitting Samuro with an buff attack. Here is the math :
+5/+9 from Offensive rally
+10 attack and a whack from Battle SHout
+4 and a attack from Samuro
+5/+9 from Offensive Rally
+4 attack and attack from Samuro
This is 19 + 10 damage + 9 more and another attack. This is really good, you do a total of 67 damage, and you have a OMEGA BUFFED Samuro
I can't wait to see noobs using Mak'Gora against an enemy caster.
Dueling Gauntlets brings this character up a notch, in my opinion. Sure he's another Orc-synergy character, and I don't care for them, but who can't get behind a BATTLE TO THE DEATH?! If you can bump up his Attack somehow - maybe with Tirion's Blessing of Kings? - you could absolutely shred an enemy's Health, even a boss. That might be too niche, but "boss slayer" is a nice niche to have.
All-in-all, when you play Garrosh, you should be using the Dueling Gauntlets. Just sayin'.
