Wow! This is busted in Arena and might be good enough even for Constructed. Could this work in Shudderwock Shaman?
I doubt it, you can't control the battlecry when you play Shudderwock.
I think they lost their minds with this set considering arena :D This will be interesting. This looks so good it might actually be used in constructed as well. Certainly an amazing new player card for the regular budget tempo deck too.
If you use the double Battlecry Hero Power with this it's a 10-Mana Pyroblast with a free 5/6 attached
In constrructed-> shaman quest and.. yep that's it.
in arena this card is really good, it's similar to kraken

The new North Sea Kraken in arena. Oh boy this is strong i think.
Very similar to Firelands Portal, but as a neutral common. It costs one more mana, but the minion is always a 5/6. This card is f...king insane (especially in arena)!!! :O
That's what I thought at first, but this minion seems to be much more stronger than North Sea Kraken. In practice, dealing 5 damage is much better than dealing just 4, and the fact it costs 8 mana means you can still ping the target with your hero power!!! ;)
I believe Pit Crocolisk's power level is much more in line with Firelands Portal than with North Sea Kraken.
Pretty accurate comparison, i thought about this as well. It is more of a Firelands Portal with perfect outcome for one more mana than a different Kraken, tho both statements are kinda true :) This card will be nuts.
Yeah!!! :D We can also compare it to Blazecaller, a very strong and similar card (if the condition is meet) for one less mana, but the fact it needs to be in very specific decks obviously makes it not reliable at all in the arena format. In that case, Pit Crocolisk is the opposite. As you said in your first post here, Sinti, they really lost their minds with this set when considering the arena!!! :O
Great for control Arena but outclassed by so many 8-manas, hmmm..
