There's one at the end of the Barrens that just unlocked - it was locked yesterday.

Not sure if there are others in other zones.

Same here: I don't know why it unlocked (maybe I did something I was supposed to do without knowing it), but it's there.

I already grabbed my Tyrael equipments!
