Alright this card is fairly shit. But let's explore from another perspective.
This card will always kill its target, costs only 1, and with cards like Mysterious Visitor makes stolen cards cheap. In other words, this card is a cheap swing option that might just work.
But yes, its mostly going to be shit. Because a reactive card that only does something when other cards are played is one thing. But having the other card be a card that is obtained via rng, that's a whole lot of dung being shoveled just so this card can do something other removal options do so effortlessly, like The Light! It Burns! for instance. So why?
This seems good in thief priest, and some of the thief priest cards see play in non-thief priest decks because they are good value cards. So maybe this card can see some play? Not sure because it seems at its best as long as your playing a thief priest deck, and i'm not sure how good those will be unless they get support in future sets. I feel like The Light! It Burns! is better in most decks.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
