What is up with the "I Love Spells" Rattlegore quest?

This quest needed a proofreader, because it's grammatically wrong in a way that leaves me puzzled as to its completion criterion.
"Complete Heroic Babbling Book fight using all abilities Spell Schools."
I thought at first it means "use only abilities that have spell schools", but I did that and didn't clear the quest. Does it mean I have to use an ability of every spell school before the fight ends? That seems... finicky at best, given the number of spell schools (holy, shadow, fire, frost, arcane, nature, fel).
