Perhaps the titan for rogue is mech so there may well be a good reason to play a card that would otherwise be trash. At least its a 3/4 stealth for 3, meaning it'll almost always get an attack out. But rogue is simply one of those classes that nowadays just dont play curve.
But hey. Menagerie rogue almost became a thing, so I guess we got to respect it. But even then I'd rate this card as 29th in a hypothetical tempo rogue deck. Why would anyone play a 3/4 for 3 nowadays that doesn't immediately do something?
Mech Rogue? I suppose you could magnetize this to a large mech and hit face or remove a large threat the next turn without it dying first.
3 to give a minion +3/+4 and stealth for a turn...meh. Rarely any deck running this would pull it out as a minion itself, so in Rogue that "buff" is less than appealing. The only way I could see this being used is if Rogue has a lot of great, low cost mechs and you can slap this on Zilliax or something else... hopefully
I used to like messing around with Mech Rogue in Wild. A card like this could revive my interest in the deck.

Magnetic Spider Tank but with stealth for 1 turn. Seems only good when generated by Flame Behemoth.
Wait a second, doesn't this kinda stealth get removed after you attack? So it's a slow magnetic minion that want's you to play this AFTER you attack in order to keep stealth? Why bother with this when you rather get a more agressive statted magnetic mech like Coppertail Snoop instead.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
