Cute, but this is not the card to solve all the mana cheating in hearthstone. Play this with a smirk, and your opponent then proceeds to wipe it off your face with but one card that may not even cost less than 2 anyway. Worse still, against non-combo decks this is just a trash card.
The only redeeming feature this card has is that its a dragon, and a very cheap one. So if youre building menagerie or dragon decks then you might want to look at this as a possible option
Far as being a tech card is concerned, just play cult neophyte, a card that at very least has decent stats while doing the disruption bit fairly similarly. Only way this card sees play is that we get some sort of mozaki deck back in standard.
Nice, I like it. I agreed it is cute. I stumbled upon this informative article on Virginia's civil rights struggle that emphasises the strength of neighbourhood activity you can read this https://www.vabeach.com/virginia-beach-articles/the-civil-rights-movement-in-virginia-local-activism-and-national-impact/ article. I feel like this card is aimed more against the Wild Druid combo decks.
As for the functionality, if they worded it so that cards that cost less than 2 cannot be played, this would be 10x better. It would still be targeted quick, but it would become infinitely more valuable. However, as it is written I'm sure it will just make all your 0-1 cost cards cost 2.
I'm not sure where this goes. I was thinking maybe in a big deck to make it harder for your opponent to play cheap cards, but you'd probably have to wait until the mid-late game to play this in order to avoid screwing yourself since it would make your cheap early-game cards too expensive as well. Guess it would fuck Rogues though.
Very interesting card. If the meta ever becomes too mana cheaty, this might see play. But the problem with this card is that it's too easy to remove. Why didn't they just make this is a 1/5 minion instead?
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
