This one's a weird one, because it can just as easily be the best card and be completely trash at the same time.
Hard to assess this card. I think the only deck that'll play this would be menagerie or tempo deck that really dont care about what they get in hand, because they'll usually be the same shit anyway.
The big question is will this be useful often enough to include in your deck? I know I've been stuck with shitty opening hands and ended up losing often enough because of that.
This will be amazing... but not in general. This is going to reward you for emptying your hand. Miracle Rogue will use the hell out of this. Pirate/Kingsbane Rogue will use this to help fish through and grab those weapon buffs or other pirates. I don't know how it will work into using the other mechanics that are coming around with this expansion though
5 star card. 1 mana draw 3 is really good, and in aggresive rogue deck if your hands empty you can just draw 3 cards. This probably slots into miracle rogue already. Very good card!
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
