Drawing cards for your opponent never works and never will be good, even if they cant play those 2 cards next turn.
Dont think this will ever work outside of being a plague trigger. Because if it doesn't bring out plagues this card just straight up sets you up to lose.
Ok, so Arcane Intellect is 3 mana draw 2. So why does 2 mana draw 2 need to also draw 2 for you opponent? Sure it keeps them from playing them for a turn, but afterwards, they have them in their hand, and are that much closer to drawing what they need to win.
Research Project returns! However, Mage ironically has a lot more ways to tank damage than Frost Death Knight, safely hiding behind an Ice Block or Solid Alibi. Could still be a relevant card in a combo deck that wants to get it's pieces asap, but I'm struggling to think of such a deck that'd exist this expansion.

So Research Project except your opponent will have 2 dead cards in hand for 1 turn. I'm not sure about this one. In frost DK it probably wont see play, because they have better draw options.
In Rainbow DK it might see play. Why? Because of the Helya Plague package. This makes it so your opponent draws more cards, and thus draw the plagues faster, which can help you win the game. Seems pretty decent there.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
