Its a support card for control shaman, but in a more limited capacity it can also do well in most shaman decks that actually play nature spells.
Just play Flash of Lightning on 3 and then on 4 you can pop off with Lightning Reflexes which will get you tempo back and sometimes even more. A decent enough payoff for just a few cards.
It's probably essential to forge this for the 4/2s to accomplish anything. I'm not completely certain if this will be worth it, but a 4/2 rush each time you cast a nature spell sounds pretty nice.
Seems pretty interesting. If you cast Flash of Lightning the turn before playing this, and then play a forged Champion of Storms + Lightning Reflexes you will probably summon a bunch of 4/2s with rush which can help you retake a board or setup lethal.
The main problem with the card is getting it forged. I don't think you want to play the un-forged version of the card, because rush is just so good. Which means that you probably have to setup a big turn for this card, which might be too slow.
Hmm. I still think this might see play, mainly because the tokens 4 attack is a really good breakpoint for removing a lot of minions, and as a 3/5 it can be pretty difficult to remove this minion and thus it might live more than 1 turn. Additionally there is a lot of support for this card already, due to the fact that nature is pretty much Shamans main spell-school.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
