Combine this with Fan of Knives to do 2 damage to everything for 3 mana. Hmmm...no
Probably not good enough to be honest, unless there's some lifesteal shenanigans involved.
This could help you with trades that wouldn't normally kill the other minion. Like that 4/4 rush you just summoned is now effectively 8/2. I imagine this being used on combo turns where you focus on enemy minions to halve the amount of cards you need to kill everything. Though often the more cards you play in the same turn, the better.
Hmmm. On first look it's HORRIBLE, why would rogue want a card like this? But after thinking a while, this card will probably setup some kind of combo somewhere in the future. But that's in the future, right now this card looks like total garbage. These kinda cards are not something that rogues often play, unless it's required to do a combo/otk.
Also a thing to note is the fact that it doesn't specify opponents like Enchanter, which means that ALL minions take double damage during that turn. Weird that they didn't specify the ALL, considering they do that with similar cards. Making your minions take double damage is only good in some kind of deathrattle deck, so you can proc deathrattles. That's about it, why would any other rogue deck want THEIR OWN minions to take double damage unless their is some kind of pay-off?
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
