Arena filler. There's no reason to expect a card like this to be played unless beast decks gets really good next expansion.
The fact that this card scales badly over time means it's only specifically good against tempo decks and only on turn 3. So many conditions makes for a shit card.
Don't know how useful this will actually be, but killing cheap minions and regaining any lost health sounds nice.
Arena filler.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
