Firstly, unless shaman's next archetype push is midrange elemental, this card will never see play.
Secondly, even if there is such a deck, this card is just decent, no different to Lilypad Lurker, except you can argue the latter being a better card overall. Because 90% of the time this is just a 5 mana 5/4 that removes a minion or two. Even lilypad lurker itself is not a guaranteed starter, so this card will likely share that fate.
Its a shame. Because if it werent for the elemental condition, this card would actually see more play, as a simple removal card as opposed to being a supposed upside in a theoretical midrange elemental shaman deck.
Since I don't feel like checking if Shaman has good 4 Mana elementals, I'll just say this card is useless unless a few of them exist.
Love the flavor of this card! Quality? I anticipate it will be good enough to run, but not OP.
