Probably never see play if Im honest.
The card itself is not special. Two 3/3s at 3 is amazing number of stats but its not a game winner in 2023. And more concerning is that if you drew this card early with no means to play it, its essentially a drawback because discarding a spell to play two 3/3s is about as shit as it gets.
I wouldn't be surprised if I never see this card. Even in highlander theres got to be better cards than this one.
Edit: Perhaps I might be a bit harsh on the card. The wording sounds like you can legit just play this on 3 without any spells in hand to discard and therefore no drawback, so it softens the blow a little.
Might actually see play after all, but it'll be in highlander at best. Most warlock decks really dont tend to be 90% minions. Even in implock theres actually more spells than you think, and those spells tend to be key cards in the deck.
I'm not certain, but I think the internet has moved past the trolley problem. As for the card, two 3/3 rush minions for 3 Mana is pretty good, but only if you have targets. Discard synergy is a thing, so it won't always be a drawback if you don't quickdraw this.
You can only watch.
I gave this 5 stars just for the reference. Its effect of summoning minions is pretty good for 3 mana. I'm curious to see how flexible Quickdraw turns out to be (in terms of, Can I play this now? Should I wait?).
