Its probably never going to see competitive play.
The condition is fair, and the effect is alright, but you'll never put this in your deck just because youre running 4 drops, and this card itself is hardly an ideal card in standard competitive. Even in aggro decks, you'll never play enough 4 drops to justify its inclusion.
It's a strong battlecry, but not consistent enough to actually run. This could definitely be a nice pick off some discover effects.
I'm not sure most decks will be running enough 4-Cost cards to make it worth including this. Seems decent though.
