It looks great, practically Plot Twist on a stick.
But the question of course remains. Why'd you want a plot twist on a stick to begin with?
Plot twist itself was never played until the quest made it mandatory. In a way, we can already see what the win rate of this card would be, its going to be comparable to finley, and even then its mostly down to the 1 mana cost of the card. This card allows you to reroll for a card you may need but at 3 mana makes it nearly impossible to do anything after that.
Id say, just play finley. And after finley rotates, Id still avoid this card unless Im playing highlander specifically, and have a particular tin-foil ailment of my draws constantly screwing me.
Plot Twist was useful outside of just the Quest. Finley is also a good comparison, and since he gets played pretty regularly, this should too. Also, this is neutral, which means Demon Hunters can run it.
"Be excellent to each other." -Bill and Ted
I suppose DH will get the most use out of this, since there are a number of cards that want you to draw as much as possible. Otherwise, I don't think I want to pay 3 Mana when Sir Finley, Sea Guide is available. Mind you, he won't be for much longer unless they decide to put him in Core.
