If you can line this up it can kill off a couple minions and maybe hit face a bit too. Of course, it's just a Fireball on an empty board; I would have considered making it cost 3, like a Cinderstorm for the modern age. It's not even a Fel spell for those synergies.
There will be situations where this gets some really good work done. And there will be situations where it's garbage. I'm curious to see how the damage is dealt.

To me its way too expensive.
Considering that similar cards like Full-Blown Evil costing 3 and does more or less what this card will be doing really is a kick in the teeth for this card. Even cards like Fel Barrage will do the same for 2 less mana.
The only good thing this card has to its name is that it can hit face. So played on an empty board its just a natural fireball. But I cant help feeling that this card would still only be decent even if its 3 mana. As it stands, it'll see play only in highlander and nowhere else.
It's nice that it goes for the weaker enemies so that it's almost certain to actually kill a thing or two, unlike most other randomly split damage cards.
Atleast this targets minion first expect for when you want it to go face. I think it's just too much mana for to little damage. If I want a board clear, I'd rather just go Silvermoon Arcanist + Unleash Fel.

Eh there are better board clears. Like there is also way better burn, and this has no spell-school. In most DH deck this seems bad to me...
Except for 1 deck. Highlander DH. Highlander probably has a spot for this card, considering you can only run 1 copy of cards like Unleash Fel.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
