How big is the Naga pool right now? The smaller the better in order for this card to get you something you really want. But how many of those Naga are worth looking for? This card could be just ok.

Its a spell, it discovers specific tribal minions, and it discounts nagas.
Yes, it'll see play. If nothing more than the fact that its easy to play, and its easy to see how this card can be useful. Discounting cards like Lady S'theno, Felscale Evoker, or even Blindeye Sharpshooter is always grounds for something big to happen.
Discover plus discount for naga. That'll be really nice for Blindeye Sharpshooter combos.
100% sees play in multiple decks.
1st of all it fits in Highlander DH, because it lets you discover a bunch of good nagas like Snake Eyes.
2nd of all it fits in Naga DH, because after Load the Chamber this costs 0, allowing you to immediately start blasting after playing Blindeye Sharpshooter.
Very solid card.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
