Welcome back, gladiator! Build a deck for Standard format this time and compete for glorious prizes!
This Tavern Brawl is a cross between what we're used to seeing for Heroic Brawls and bits of Arena.
- You will pay an entry fee equal to an Arena run to take part in this Tavern Brawl.
- Using cards in your own collection, you build a deck for the standard format.
- Like Arena or a Heroic Brawl, once you lose 3 games in the Standard Brawliseum you are out.
- Rewards will be given to players based on their performance with their deck, equal to the Arena reward structure.
- Your first run of this brawl will be free! There's nothing to lose!

It is a difficult one to make use of, if you don't have all the cards already. I mean, it's just ranked with different rewards, no?
I guess it's a way for people who have spent a lot of money on getting all the cards to reap some rewards (which I'm fine with)?

Are rewards in this brawl comparable to Arena for the same wins? Or is one better than the other in terms of rewards per win?
Think they should have disabled the Tavern Brawl wins quest while this is on. Already done my Asia run and rerolled a quest and got that one.

Currently 6-2 with a relatively budget Token Druid.
I'm thinking of using Whizzbang or the shadow cloak here, but I can't decide who use :/
I tried using whizbang last time this brawl showed up. it is not a coin toss, it is more like rolling a 10 sided die and hoping to get a 10.
you will 100% have better results if you build your own deck, even if it is not fully optimized.
I got 4 wins that are more then enough for someone who do not like this kind of game format (I like to swap deck very often) and for a wild only player that doesn't like to build standard decks.
Actually, I found Whizz decks very good, except for Lucentbark druid that is very weak and that led to my defeats.
So the pack quest Onward to Uldum! is next week?
Oh great. It's the "You don't actually get a Tavern Brawl" Brawl again...
So is everyone else only facing Conjurer Calling Mages? This was all 5 of my opponents so that was super fun /s
