This looks quite good! I'm excited to see Excavation reaching new classes, as I was not expecting this. This card will most likely get at least one ability you want, maybe even two, plus the Excavation.

Would have been better if it has rush/taunt, would be better if it was discover a bonus effect.
Instead what we have here is a card thats only really playable should you somehow choose to play excavate cards in pally. Outside of that, I cant see it. Playing a 4 mana card that 50% of the time does nothing on board doesnt fill anyone with confidence, let alone in a class that lives and dies by the state of the board.
Goes without saying? Nearly every creature that doesn't have those would be better if it did.
Koleidosaur... Bonus effect...Wait... Galvadon?!?! This probably is not Galvadon, but another koleidosaur that's undead. And i do like the flavor of this card, harping back to the OG galvadon with the bonus effects.
Sure the effects can be random, but it's still a really scary minion if it rolls windfury thanks to paladins many buffs. It's also scary together with Shroomscavate, the Paladin Titans board buff and the Excavate pay-off. There are so many ways to make this card extremely strong.
I can see this getting played a lot.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
