"Do the Math": the math doesn't check out

I'm wondering if anyone has taken the "Do the Math" option in Bob's Bazaar, and whether it actually worked out. I can't imagine a deck where you would want to ditch all your 1 and 2 cost cards. Is there a specific strategy someone has found where this is even remotely worthwhile? Sure, in the late game, you usually hate to draw cheap stuff, but just removing it from the deck entirely? When victory against the AI is so often dependent on a good early game? I'm dubious, but honestly curious to hear if anyone has gotten some value out of it.

Simple really. You would only ever pick it in a deck with access to mostly big minions and cards that support that.
not to mention you can always pick up more low cost minions along the way
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Yeah, obviously it could potentially work in a big minions deck. However, my question was if anyone has actually used this treasure, and not regretted it. I'm guessing, like me, people are avoiding it. I mean, it even costs more than other options.

Yeah avoided it, especially because most of the time the treasures and/or hero items are one or two mana so I would destroy those power houses..
So far I've had atrociously bad luck playing Scepter of Summoning decks in Uldum. Small sample size, but I rarely get big minion buckets so it's happened more than once that I died on boss 3 or 4 without a single greater than 5 cost in my deck. Not sure if Reno is uniquely unfavoured at getting big minions, which would make sense for rogue if not for mage, or if this also applies to the rest of the league.
I got the one treasure that shuffles back 2 copies of a minion back into your deck that cost 1 and the priest psychic scream girl. Then "did the math" do make my deck only spells, big minions, and psychic scream girl. That worked out okay.
