Faerie dragon in tempo rogue?

can someone enlighten me why is faerie dragon suddenly in tempo rogue lists.. seems out of place.. or is it a prelude to next expansion?

Very few decks can deal with a turn 2 fairie dragon. It's been in and out of the deck for months, but Rogue hasn't been in the best spot lately so it hasn't shown up that much.
Well, in decks not using the burgle package, it's a very fine turn 2 play so, why not?
