Hearthstone is giving out compensation for issues with the 15.6 Patch and the Brawliseum bugs from last week.
- 300 Gold if you had an active Brawliseum run.
- 3 Uldum Packs if you downloaded the 15.6 update between Nov 5 and 11.

For anyone on NA you should check - just logged in (16:45 EST) and got my 3 packs...got Hack the System from one of them so...yay?

Got 3 packs on Asia. Presumably won't get them on NA or EU (as I logged in to Asia first).
So if you play on more than 1 region - just be sure to log in to the region you want the packs on.
edit: looks like I was wrong - just got 3 on EU yay!
When exactly the "rewards" are comming?
I came here for the same reason, I didn't get my compensation and I demand an extra compensation for that!

I am happy that they provided some compensation for the brawl, and I don't care if i don't get the 300 gold. At least I get some packs.
What I am sad about is that the android client was messed up for more than a month and there was no compensation for that. Since it happened before the brawl, I guess I should not expect anything like that.
That is weird now that you mention it. They probably dont have a way to track people that played via mobile though.
What about mobile users who faced repeated random crashes for weeks?
What was the "major gameplay issues" that occurred? Don't think I ever found out or heard anything on what was the actual issue. My OCD about wanting to know things is acting up.
To me it was instant crash of app after the loading screen repeteadly ten times in a row for days

Do I get this correctly: if we didn't make a free deck, we don't get anything? Man, if it's true, that sounds pretty unfair if you ask me.
If anyone is interested, I actually got the gold although I haven't made the deck.
I was a bit upset because I guessed that most people would get compensation for their free unfinished run, while us that haven't used the ticket to create the deck would be left out. I wasn't in the mood for the brawl at the moment and a few hours later - gone. I was thinking, I would be happy with 150 g just for entrance fee.
Ultimately I decided that I don't care, it was just temporary bad mood. But they decided to be generous, so I'm thankful.

No you didn't get it correct - should still get 3 packs if you downloaded patch during stated window.
Man, so close to free stuff.
Now I'm even sadder that I didn't get to try the Brawliseum. :/
