Rush and Taunt just isn't that great of a combo.
Also, Swift Messenger powercreep
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Swift Messenger combined with Stegodon.
Yeah this won't see constructed play, good arena card though.

Arena card but not a bad card too.
This is great against aggro, not so great against midrange and control, that said its got a fine statline on the taunt side alone and sometimes the rush side matters, especially for Hunter. Not insane but a fine roleplayer.
To crush your enemies, to see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentations of the women.

I honestly think this has a chance. I'm well aware it likely won't make an impact but this looks rather similar to Amani War Bear and that saw a relatively decent amount of play in the right decks.
The good thing is it's a taunt minion with rush. The bad thing is its stats...
I think this is too weak for Constructed, but decent in Arena.
Another card that’s really only gonna get used because of Deathstalker most likely.
As a side note, one of the few cases where it’s a literal upgrade to another card (Stegodon). Like usually there’s some really niche use for the original but no, there’s outright no use for Stegodon anymore

This card isn't even that good in arena, but I agree that's the only place you will see it.
This card is needed to exist in the game for random effects.
That's what I always say to pack fillers. Some cards need to be weak to make other cards powerful.
Like how bad things exists in world and life for us to evaluate which is good.
If there was no bad cards, How can powerful cards be powerful ?
That's the reason there are cards like that, ah and the money is the reason as well. :D
Unpopular Opinion Incarnate
Taunt Warrior just got a new mount.
But still great for stalling.
Stegondon and Swift Messager both saw play. I think we are just confused by this expansions powerlevel, and this is actually decent.

This is just a weird card, I don't know what to think of it. On one hand it is a defender, on the other hand it wants to ram itself into something, and frankly it isn't very good at either. This is just a bad card, the least they could have done is give him charge.

A smaller Amani War Bear? Seems like pack filler, to me. How often is that 2-Attack going to be worth trading with?
Kind of an odd card, but the combination of rush and taunt is relevant to Taunt Warrior with it's taunt handbuffs. Even if you don't include this in your Taunt Warrior, you'll be happy to see it in a discover pool from Frightened Flunky.
looks like a filler card for the expansion..nothing about this card seems exceptional to be utilized in decks..it will be arena only..

Is not the best card in the world, and is not intended to be. You don't feel too bad if you get it from random effects
Rush and taunt are a weird combo. Other that 2 attack don't trade so much staf at turn 4/5 or more. Filler card
Stegodon with rush, probably still not good
I hate it :( Again a power creep on an existing card. Its just objectively better than the poor stegodon. But its still bad.
Never netdeck, craft Whizbang instead!
Man, this isn't even a powercreep, since both Stegodon and Swift Messenger saw very little to no play and neither will this most likely.

Just an okay arena card here. Fair cards like these make shiny/strong cards stand out more, and I'm always fine having those around.
I only see this card being played in a Dire Frenzy hunter deck.

powercreep is neat but this card is awful the 2 atk won't do anything even with rush

Very weak, filler card. I guess power level of this expancion can't be too high... (it is already lol)
The combination of Rush and Taunt is weird and the stats are rather weak. I don't think that this card will see a lot of play, neither in constructed nor in the arena.
It's a weird filler mostly IMO. Just a flexible arena card - it might be a taunt or a removal depending on what you need. But it's definitely not a card you want to include in any constructed deck.
Attack is probably too small to trade well. Feels like an Arena card more than anything.

Compare with Amani War Bear also rush taunt minion. Can be very useful in some decks.
Rush minions main purpose was board control/clear. Amani War Bear 5 damage was a garanteed kill of almost any minion. 2 attack is kinda weak.
But you are right, cards are similar and the taunt/beast tag could prove its usefulness in the future.
Interesting combination of keywords, this card isn't as bad though, might find a spot in Rush Hunter.

Better Stegodon, but rush will not make this playable.
Interesting card against aggro decks. Taunt and rush, good effects to keep you safe from aggro.
Not hopeless against aggro, otherwise it has too low impact on game to see constructed play.

I agree that 5 damage is better but usually this can come down three turns sooner as well, meaning that smaller targets will often be on the board. T
True, playing this early will definitely win you the board vs token or aggro decks, even against some mid range.
But in what class would you run this instead of other cards that better push your game plan? I could see priest, maybe hunter due to beast. Warrior will love to find this from that 2 mana discover a taunt.

Agree, not all the cards need to be playable so this is rather on the weak side. Still has some uses so it's a cool pack filler
Way too little attack for a rush minion.
A Stegodon with rush, we have seen Taunt and Rush work in card like Amani War Bear but I don't think this will be the case.
A decent arena card overall.
