Decent in arena? A one mana minnion that generates extra minnions? This is bonkers in arena. You can play the tokens on turn two if you don't have a two drop and don't want to hero power. You can play one and then activate a combo. You can play one and hero power on turn three.
Perhaps meant to fit into a Cannon Barrage deck, but I don't think it would actually be good
This with ships cannon is extremly strong in wild. O.O
Idk, doesn't seem super impactful or synergistic with anything else that has been seen thus far.
