A Hearthstone game update was released today containing performance improvements.
- Balance updates are still coming this week.
- The performance improvements patch arrived today on non-mobile/tablet devices.
- Mobile / Tablet devices are getting the update tomorrow, Tuesday.
Hearthstone's Battlegrounds has had rough performance problems on lower to mid-tier devices since the game mode launched last month. Hopefully, this is a large step in the right direction in helping everyone better enjoy the game mode. There certainly isn't any ladder to enjoy right now with Shamanstone: Heroes of Thrallcraft.

Meanwhile on standard ladder shaman will get gutted and rogue will be untouched leaving an even more polarized meta with insanely stated 1 drops.
Who ever tested this expansion really dropped the ball.
Just put two Spellbreakers in your deck and you are fine. Rogue drops Necrium Apothecary then got silenced and it's instant win :-)

Good. I'd like to play Battlegrounds on tablet, or perhaps, my phone. Tried on an android tablet and it's not crashing, but you're guaranteed to lose via animations. Get a triple, lose the game. You're also seeing your opponent purchase triples while the match just starts on your end.
Best thing about Battlegrounds: it doesn't really feel like playing against people sometimes, which is chill in comparison to ladder shenanigans. More like a slot machine with some RTS/RPG elements.
This shaman deck is pretty damn strong. Went 8-1 with it. The one loss was against a mirror match.

Most likely Thursday... That is the usual patch day... They patch on Tuesdays and Thursdays
It says later this week, right there in the post. If they were in this patch the notes would be here (as it would all be finalised and live).
