So I was on a quest to 100% the dalaran heist on heroic and during my, Chu run against Kalecgos he used a 19 dmg pyroblast on a divine shielded annoy-o-tron. My only question is why? I had lethal but why use it on a divine shield out of all my minions? Oh yeah also the twists and anomalies cost 2 mana now

AI was never perfect and on occasion it made a play that would 100% give you lethal, among other things. That has always been the case.
It does make one wonder how is it coded that it does not have survival higher on the priority list 🤔

Kalec may be hard programmed to never Pyroblast the face. Heroic Kalec doesn't even run Pyro, lending some credence to that. It's almost certainly an anti-frustration feature, since it would be really bull to get to the second-to-final boss and lose to a randomly-generated unavoidable 20 damage.

I'm the only one who stops to see if he's dead.
Hmm. Turns out he's dead.
I forgot to mention that he got it from a babbling book mostly because I didn't know he didn't run pyro in heroic
