Basic mentality of Demon Hunter. Play something... attack. The fun comes in with all the spells you grab when you play minions. Add all the Outcast cards you are playing helps you mill through your own deck to continue playing things that go face. If this isn't more additional evidence that this class is till pretty broken and the R&D department at Blizzard was lacking then I don't know what else to say.
Update. I added Altruis the Outcast and confirmed that when you have a hand full of 0 cost spells, it just means hilariousness

I actually tried to build a deck entirely aorund Altruis....but I never drew him so I just beat my opponent to death anyways.

It really is. I sincerely think that the R&D at Blizzard dropped the ball on this one.
...That... or they intentionally made it ridiculous in an effort to curve new players into the game with something that doesn't necessarily need a lot of cards or knowledge about play style to win.
... I'll put my tin foil hat back on now.
Why no Altruis the Outcast? You can build up a ridiculous hand of 0 cost spells, and unleash an Altruis turn that your opponent cannot recover from. Had a match where I got Grave Rune when I played him. My opponent was silly enough to kill him so I ended up with 2 Altruis on my next turn. It was pretty broken.
