A video has been released detailing the upcoming Felfire Festival - releasing tomorrow!
- Felfire Festival begins on June 9.
- Pirates are swarming Hearthstone's Battlegrounds.
- Trial by Felfire Solo Adventure begins on June 17.
- Trial by Felfire Challenges beings on June 24
We've got all the following coming:
- Pirates being added to Battlegrounds. 17 new minions, 3 new heroes. Patches returns with a new Hero Power.
- The Trial by Felfire Adventure is a free 5-chapter adventure following the story of Aranna Starseeker.
- Trial by Felfire Challenges let you build a deck to defeat some of Outlands biggest raid bosses. Earn Golden Kael'thas!
- Burndown Tavern Brawl Returns - Players will take control of a random deck and the loser of each brawl will be given their opponent’s deck for the next one. One deck will emerge as the most dominate!
- Rumbledome Tavern Brawl - Choose a class, one of several shiny new weapons, and let the rumble begin! When the felfire burns brightest, many will fight. . . only one will win!

- June 17, 9:00 a.m. PT: Complete Chapter 1 in the Trial by Felfire adventure and earn 1 Ashes of Outland pack, 1 Year of the Dragon pack, and 1 Rise of Shadows pack.

JUNE 17 - TRIAL BY FELFIRE STORY ADVENTURE
The Tavern gets a makeover for the free five-chapter Trial by Felfire Solo Adventure, available June 17! Follow the story of Aranna Starseeker on a journey of self-exploration, taking up arms with the Demon Hunters and teaming up with Illidan to take on the twisted architect of the rusted legion itself: MECHA-JARAXXUS! Furthermore, Aranna will enter Battlegrounds as a new hero on the same day. Check the patch notes for deets!
The story adventure is pretty epic. Like, it made us cry when we did the first rehearsal. Anyway, if you beat it, you’ll get the Rusted Legion Card Back! WICKED!!
JUNE 24 - TRIAL BY FELFIRE CHALLENGES
Next, you’ll get access to Challenge Mode where you can build a deck and take on some of Outlands biggest and baddest raid bosses. Complete all challenges to earn Golden Kael'thas Sunstrider! RAD!!
JUNE 24 - RETURN OF THE BURNDOWN TAVERN BRAWL

Is the challenge mode the new promised gamemode or will that come only with the second expansion of the year?
Its probably akin to Heroic adventure bosses, would be my guess. So only part of the adventure probably.
New game mode will come during the second expansion. This isn't it!
