Battlegrounds bug?

I had Khadgar and a Pack Leader. When I summoned beasts, every other one got the +3 attack twice. Played Alleycat, got a 4/1, a 4/1 and a 7/1. Played Rat Pack, and when it died, summoned a 4/1, a 7/1, a 4/1 and a 7/1. No reason for Pack Leader to buff the same minion twice, right?

When you play a Beast with Khadgar / Pack Leader in play, the initial Beast summoned is buffed by Pack Leader and then Khadgar creates a copy, which is then buffed again. Ie. Alley Cat + Pack Leader = two 4/1s. Alley Cat + Pack Leader + Khadgar = two 4/1s and two 7/1s. Same story with Rat Pack. Each Rat is buffed by Pack Leader before Khadgar summons a copy which is buffed in turn.
TLDR; the Pack Leader buff happens before Khadgar summons a copy.
Started playing HS in May, 2015. The bad news: I missed the excitement of 'Naxx out?' and GvG. The good news: I never met an Undertaker.
But Khadgar doesn't copy the minion, he summons an extra one.

Yes, he summons an extra 4/1 rat, which then gets buffed by the pack leader.
To clarify further. The wording on Pack Leader is very important.
Take the example of Alleycat which reads "Battlecry: Summon a 1/1 Cat". Pack Leader reads "Whenever you summon a Beast, give it +3 Attack", so it triggers first since it's whenever and not after. When Khadgar activates, as far as he knows, the Alleycat has summoned a 4/1 Tabbycat since the Pack Leader has already taken effect during the summoning (that's why it is crucial that Pack Leader's text is whenever). As a result, Khadgar will trigger the summoning of another 4/1, which will in turn be buffed by Pack Leader into a 7/1.
This is my understanding of the interaction, and I'm unsure if the devs have clarified this anywhere online. I agree that when you think about it for a second, it seems odd since Khadgar doesn't "copy" the minion, but causes another summon to take place. Hopefully this has helped somewhat!
