Big paladin? because outside of that, I can't see any current paladin build running this. Librams dont need it, neither does handbuff, so a theoretical midrange deck with Vanndar? I think paladin decks can do without this honestly.
That's insane... We are talking about a 8/8 minion that can attack (and almost delete any minion) and leave a body of 5/5 with Taunt for just 8 mana. And of course we are not talking about having the option of reducing its cost thanks to the new ally legendary.
That's a strong card. 8-mana rush that can give you 13/13 stats on the board the turn it's played? I don't see any downside to this other than the meta being too fast for it to see play.
When this is OP, it would mean that the game lasts until turn 8. I'm fine with that. And it supports a more midrange, control archetype as well. Comparable to Troublemaker i guess. I little stronger for board control but it loses the potential to deal face damage.
But probably a ban in arena after a couple weeks...

What if you played this without taking advantage of the 20 mana thing? A 5 mana Shield Block and Wild Growth in one card seems pretty good for decks such as CA Druid or Clown Druid.
I would agree if this were any other game, but in Hearthstone cards are designed in such a way that the first way you understand a card is typically how it works. It has been ages since I have played a dormant card but I imagine that is a good comparison.
Edit: Or the cards that switched stats in Witchwood; if they worked exactly how they read you would never actually be able to play them in their switched form.
I'm a control player at heart, but Drek'Thar is just way better and aggro decks are basically cockroaches in every meta due to their cheap nature and playstyle.
Headed to bed, so I'll provide feedback tomorrow :)
The main issue is that you will only play her in a deck that already has a lot of card generation. You are less desperate for cards and Elise requires quite a bit of setting up. Because of this, I think you're not getting enough value. I do believe the connection is worth it, but the alternative is reducing her cost which would disqualify it for this comp.
You can still submit it the way it is, the card is nice. I just can't imagine people playing it as-is.
Templar Captain is a New Paladin Card Revealed by DDaHyoNi for Fractured in Alterac Valley
That's a lot of stats assuming there's a target.
But its a 8 mana card and must therefore be compared to something like Goliath, Sneed's Masterpiece or Varian, King of Stormwind of which this card suddenly doesn't quite feel as good as it looks.

Really would prefer Vanndar Stormpike based on what type of decks I usually enjoy laying.
That being said, for the horde! I'll never pick Alliance over Horde :P

With Vanndar Stormpike, I wonder if he'd work if you played Hemet, Jungle Hunter before hand?
New Druid Hero - Wildheart Guff
Looks like 5 mana do nothing at this point but ofc have to see support.
Wild Drus have always loved Finley getting warlock hp though. Is 5 mana better that and more worth it? Hmmm.

I guess the answer is "No", but I try my luck with the general question to this "landmarks". Does anybody know how they are visually displayed?
Dun Baldar Bunker is a New Hunter Card Revealed by QiGe for Fractured in Alterac Valley
I imagine it'll look and play similar to DH Sigils. Which means this card has a bit of anti-synergy with itself.

Or in otherwords, its landmarks except blizz doesn't call them landmarks :)
I mean, a bunker in dun baldar is only an objective the same way an orange is technically an apple.

The good thing is the mana cost, at just 2 mana doesn't hurt that "spend mana on nothing" as the other cards with the same mechanic.

Same here. Based on the comments, Horde's gonna have more followers tho.

Nice card draw, guess it's best this card was given to hunter instead of mage.
