I think this card is going to be too slow, but maybe I'm wrong.
4 2/2's for 6 mana is meh, and overloading for rush means you're already in a bad spot. Wouldn't Starfall just be better in that situation most of the time? It also has anti-synergy with Untapped Potential, so I'm not super excited for this one.
This has a lot of versatility. The fact that for 6 mana, you get 4 2/2 treants compared to Force of Nature which only nets you 3 is a bonus, especially in the mana rich environment that druid currently has. Tack on that you "restrict" yourself 2 mana the next turn to give them rush means that you could swing the board with one card. For Shaman, there are a few spells that could do this, so it is adding another weapon to their arsenal. For Druid though, this will give a much needed tempo hit for slower decks or mana ramping.
Most interesting thing about this card is the mechanic behind it, where you may "upgrade" the effect with additional cost. I think this could be an interesting mechanic to explore further in the future, maybe even making it a keyword, as the "choose one" does not describe what the card really does.

It would be cool if the quest reward gave them rush without overload, but I'm guessing that isn't going to happen.

However, the treant/totem duo is cool!
Has potential, but I wonder if it will see play in Totem decks?
Not sure Druid wants to play it over the mosquitoes card, which name I do not remember
I love how the druid/shaman cards look. I wonder if the golden versions look as good.
Also, this will be the first card that becomes worse with the druid quest completion.
So, the token card has Totem as the tribal tag, but I'm wondering if (hoping) this will work with Treant synergies as well...
Totem shaman deck with Genn, instant auto include
A dual tribal card? wow, the things you can do with these is immense

4 minions with rush is very strong play, it can be easily a board clear. Very good card for token synergy

I love the concept of Treant Totems. So simple, yet I didn't think of that before.
Interesting card... Summon bunch of tokens, or if you are in a pinch give them rush at the cost of some overload
