There is 0 chance this will never see play it's just a question of whether it will now. I love it because it makes you want to try deathrattle hunter again in wild
Take it in Arena bc it plays cleanup for annoying peasants and stones but I don't see this being included in any constructed decks. It's a pretty weak top deck
In Arena it is ok if you have already drafted a couple deathrattles. You just have to remember that stars have to align for getting a lot of value from it.
I guess 3 mana draw 3 isn't bad. Warlock can't do that without hurting himself. Though you have to spend 1 mana to trade if you can't use it when you draw it.
Cucks, yeets? You sound like my 20 yo exroomate Noah. I think this is a strong card that can see play. Potentially overstated while affecting your opponents board. Looks like a must pick in Arena
Would love to see a legendary printed that reads, "for the rest of the game when you take 1 damage your opponent takes it instead" to make a hilarious combo with this. It's a poop card but certainly acceptable (and fun) in Arena
Six cards were 1-mana: half were Paladin, so those makes sense, but the others were not so that's interesting. Demon is the odd one out with his high-cost card.
AKA: Start an Arena run now and either leave it or go to 2 losses and stop. You will get rewards for however many wins you get on the unfinished run AND a free ticket you can use during Dual Class Arena.
Youre right, so it doesn't. I cant find anything to prove it anyway. But it was always in my mind that its in ultra rare, I just cant remember where I saw it.
People were wondering how long before Mercs would get stale if Blizzard didn't regularly add new content.
So of course when Blizzard does add new content well before the mode even starts to get stale, someone has to find a stupid ass-backward reason why it's a bad thing.
As always, if you don't enjoy it, don't play. If you don't think something is worth the price, don't buy it. There's no need to insult the people who do enjoy it or those who can afford to buy things you find too expensive.
I used the Rothide Graverobber in a custom card competition back in March 2020. It was one of my first entries and in retrospect I'm not sure why I thought the cost and stat line I gave it were the right idea. Should have been a cheaper card with more favorable stats for the cost. That way it could be more reliably used in the early game when fewer enemy minions had died, giving you better odds to get something you want. Or with the lower cost it gives you the chance to generate something more impactful, higher cost, and play them on the same turn potentially.
The only explanation I can think of was that Big Priest was big in Wild at the time and I didn't want to give them another potentially useful tool to generate good minions. But making this a smaller, lower cost guy would have done the same. And how often is a Big Priest going to want their opponent's small stated minions anyway?! Never!
PS: If Blizzard ever added a real Graveyard into the game, a mechanic like this could actually be pretty useful against decks with a bunch of rez effects. Steal the minion from their graveyard before it can be brought back!
It was announced ages ago that meek mastery was in ultra rare pool 2. That was done along with oops spells, and rally the troops in an attempt to reduce its frequency in duels (meek mastery was like a guaranteed in anything past 7 wins before this).

New Demon Hunter Minion - Crow's Nest Lookout

New Hunter Minion - Monstrous Parrot
I don't recall deathrattle Hunter being a thing lately, but this card seems like it would be good if that archetype returns.
New Hunter Minion - Defias Blastfisher
At 5 mana, you're going to want 2 or 3 beasts on the board for this to be okay. That might be too hard to pull off.
New Druid Minion - Druid of the Reef
A 3/1 rush for 1 mana seems good. So does a 1/3 taunt, but maybe not quite as good.
New Demon Hunter Spell - Need for Greed
I think it's pretty obviously great and better than acrobatics and will be a staple in DH decks. Cannot decide if it's better than skull, hard call.
New Demon Hunter Minion - Crow's Nest Lookout
I guess maybe it could clear a couple things against a swarm deck. I'm not sure how often it will be useful.
New Priest Spell - Amulet of Undying

Love Squashling creatures. They aren't used that much so this take on them is awesome.
Also love the cauldron on the Swamp Worgen!

Please review the flowchart that explains how Mercs packs work.
You'll find that it's impossible to get a portrait in the "guaranteed" slot if there are Mercs you don't own in every rarity.

As mentioned in the article above, blizz never mentioned anything about Meek Mastery moving to pool 2 ultra rare
In the 21.3 patch notes:
Says nothing about meek mastery?

New Priest Minion - Copycat
Only problem is it's a bad top deck. Other than that it's amazing. Play it on 3 and even if they give you the coin it's still a win!
