Regarding Rush Warrior guides, I was reminded of this recent discussion where the OP included a bunch of helpful links in the post as well as the comments. For example, this guide outlines one player's experience navigating it to Legend with individual match-up breakdowns.
And then the OP linked to a bunch of YouTube guides you might find helpful too:
Old Guardian's Guide
And 3 guides from NohandsGamer, including one on the Priest match-up in particular.
This probably isn't the thread for this, but I don't think it deserves its own thread so yeah.
I have a lengthy, drawn-out priest mirror with a guy playing that deck with the buffs and the bloodweavers. I wind up winning in the late game. Guy sends a friend request, then says: "Sethekks in bottom 4 (cards). How gay."
*blink* really dude? I mean, really? In 2021? I'm picturing this guy as 46 years old, still wearing his baseball backwards or something - I don't even know how to respond. He unfriends and vanishes before I can even think of a reply.
Some people are just so ridiculous and childish with their salt it is actually quite difficult to be mad at them.
I'm kinda disappointed as she's the only hero I'd pay gold for.
And since they'd started offering heroes for gold I'd been biding my time waiting for this moment. But I guess they are trying different sales strategies or perhaps they know she'd be very popular.
Due to personal principles (that no one will care about except me), I can't give Blizzard any money for any reason owing to past events (I politely promised them I would never give Blizzard money ever again if they failed to provide support assistance for an easily fixed WoW issue I had) I can't buy anything even for $0.01 from them ever, but they are a company that needs to make money and I respect that. So I don't hate Blizzard as I like their games I just can't give them money after years of paying for WoW.
In fairness I always say if I did pay for cards, and I still sucked at the game, then I wouldn't be able to blame my collection for it :P
I'm not sure if this would work for me since I do play way more Wild than Standard, but I used to be one of those guys that dust every rotating card, so all I have right now are meta decks and cards.
Anyway, it is a bit surprising that nobody has come up with the idea to organize tournaments on this site so far. I mean there are basically no limits I guess. Let's say we have a Wild Blitz tournament, only restriction is everybody has to bring Nozdormu in every deck. Set a server, a date and a match schedule and there you go. Results and matchups could be displayed here on the site, people just share their Battlenet tags and prove their results with a screenshot. As long as we're talking 20 participants or less this should be easy enough.
Control Warlock is a pretty easy match-up for rush warrior. Just try to set up boards where they have to use their removal inefficiently. No wide boards of 2 health minions, no solitary 3 health minions, no boards where hysteria cleans everything up (this one can be hardest, and requires a lot of practice. Try providing lots of pressure without over-extending.
Rush warrior is an amazingly strong deck, but it can be quite tricky to play. The only truly bad match-up is priest. Instead of just complaining about the deck being bad (it's not), try sharing replays so that we can actually help you.
Any answer from Blizzard on why this hero is not available with gold like all other previous heroes?
Especially shocking is the comparison with Medivh, which was launched in the same way and on the same date as Alleria and Magni but was nonetheless able to be purchased with gold a couple of weeks ago.
I've just randomly come up with an idea for a league or a series of tournaments for Wild players who would enjoy theorycrafting decks.
So the format would be similar to what Brawl Blocks were, so forcing decks to be built from cards from set expansions. There would be a few expansions, with voting at the end of each cycle on which expansion to add to the pool, up to six or seven; or vote for an expansion to be rotated with another. Then every two months, it's reset to four expansions. The last two weeks before the reset would be playoffs. Also, Core 2021 would be an omnipresent set to give each class more tools that are interchangable and cover some stuff that expansions cannot.
It's still a loose idea, but I think it would be a great idea overall to showcase the community's creativity.
i told you rush warrior isnt as straight forward as it seems. thats why i said u might enjoy it cause its not just playing green cards every turn. u need to sometimes time properly your plays and hold onto your cards for a big swing turn. other times just take the board early and keep pressure.
if you want to win with ur brain turned off just play the most popular version of paladin found on HS replay.
I'd love to have the Monk class added. Hopefully he will have core cards that change/affect his hero power. That fits great with the martial arts theme and changing stances or using different fighting styles. Also hopefully he will be kind of opposite of DH. Control oriented. Kind of a more punchy Priest.
I've hit level 65 despite only playing 3 times in the pat two weeks. I've been grinding a lot of Demon Hunter because I am oh so close to that 1,000-win portrait, which has predictably led to a lot of losses (suffered 10 straight Ls while playing a Lifesteal DH, my tilt was inconceivable). Paladins are a damn curse right now.
I have got the same Problem, Hunter was never I Class I really enjoyed playing except for the short time where DK Rexxar was meta. I bought the Sylvanas Skin for Gold, but still need to Play a Game with her^^
Looking for a good post-nerf deck that isn't Hunter or Paladin

Yes, Aluneth. The meaning of the text is not important. It was simply edited so that the characters are on the edges of text.

Ah she's in the in game shop now for cash only. Not for gold - shame, but maybe one day!

My last Battlegrounds game, playing as Toki, began in a fun way!
T1: Buying Sellemental.
T2: Upgrade tavern
T3: Buying Sellemental + Party Elemental.
T4: Bob offers me one Sellementaland THREE Molten Rocks.
From there I was cruising to 1st place, also ended up with a golden Garr with +200 health. :)

Me: Yes.

I really prefer to see death knights. Then we can have a class that actually have synergies with the graveyard like rez...
Okay, lets go with monk.

DKs have been done already so Monk by default.
