Maybe if you could get some Aldor Attendant the Libram of Hope will be a 1 mana 8/8 divine shield or a free Libram of Justice. Bacause Scholomance is a magic school I guess that there are more librams on the horizon
Pure Paladin absolutely needed this. The deck has only one serious 1-drop which is easily removed so this allows you to potentially get a turn 1 play sticky enough to get a Hand of A'dal on the next turn.
This will be played for sure. Maybe good enough to try Even Pally in Wild? Also, the way it is worded it should give you minions outside of Pally class, which is huge.

Solid value for cost, but too unpredictable to be great, I think. There are some trash neutral 1-drops that are only good in some situations.
1 card becomes two for 0 mana.
Small time recruits saw play and that drew cards for a cost.
Insane value at such a low cost! Will be in every paladin deck except for odd baku paladin

AT least it cannot be Odd Paladin.
