There is a lot to like and dislike about the potential for both classes. Naturally I will look at the glass half empty. In the end I see Death Knight as another 'swarm' class that will end games quickly. Monk will probably be more about getting a couple of minions to stick. I will go with monk.

Deathrattle Demon Hunter has been doing surprisingly well for me. I've had a 56% win rate over 32 games, and I've been 6-1 since I traded the watch post package with Chaos Strikes and Burning Blade Acolytes. It's also fun to play, especially when you can string along deathrattle minions with Razorfen Beastmaster and Razorboar.
Note that Raphterra actually also qualified using Tahm Kench + Soraka, albeit on the SEA shard so his deck is not represented here.
He kinda proved it's the ultimate counter to Nasus Thresh by posting a 100% winrate of TK-Soraka into Nasus-Thresh during the tournament. Didn't drop a single game of that pairing.
I'm going to vote for Monk. We've already had a Death Knight pseudo-class, and I want to see the reverse order continue. A full Death Knight class afterwards though.
We already got Demon Hunter with darker more evil theme so Monks would make a better balance there. Also I think they would fit more in Hearthstone than Death Knights

Super sticky minion, kinda like a double divine shield. I'm thinking about using a 4/5 statline.
It's a bit similar to the card I used for the spellburst comp, but I guess that's not a big deal.
