Well, this seems like a fairly good board clear. It won't kill things with more the 3 Health, but I think in most cases a few things will die. Decimator Olgra will probably kill more things, assuming they are already damaged and they don't have too much total attack.
This sounds good in a deathrattle heavy deck. Not sure how strong highlander plus deathrattle will be. Of course if that's what you're going for you'd prefer 4/1 stats, though that might be too broken.
I'm not entirely sure when you'd play this. If you've lost 1/3 of your health, or more if you have Prince Renathal or something, by turn 4, most of the time you're in a bad spot, but there probably aren't a lot of single targets you can put on time out to make a huge difference. Maybe in the mid-late game you game you can temporarily remove a large taunt or some aura buff minion. You can do this three times, but because of how locations work it's slow as hell.
I based my "The other explorers aren't present here" off the blog post while not really paying attention the the promotional art. Though, like Zelgadis mentioned, he could be an enemy, so he's not "joining" her. I'm guessing he'll be a Rogue card this time around, curious if he'll also be highlander.
I'll definitely be checking Alaskan road truckers, I'm always up for a trucking game. It definitely looks more like a more complex simulator game than ets2 and almost survival like.
Murder on orient express also looks very interesting.
Elise switched class from Druid to Priest this expansion, so there is no guarantee that Reno will be a Mage card again. But I do expect Reno to take the side of the miners: "We're gonna be rich!"
They state that the other Explorers won't be joining Elise, but if Reno is on the opposite side, he wouldn't be joining her.
Isn't it Reno on key art? He can also be seenfacing Elise on the thumbnail of the cinematic at the end of the video, so my guess is he will be part of the Bloodrock Company (well, of course he will, he's a Mage minion after all). It's interesting to see Elise and Reno on the opposite sides for a change. But does it mean we will get a Reno minion without signature highlander effect?
Also for those who didin't watch the announcement video: Cinematic will debut on Blizzcon.
I remember the Specialist format for official competitive Hearthstone. It was dismissed very quickly.
I will not dare to think that this new code is for a tournament mode, but maybe the players could choose their own sideboard before the mulligan for every match?
One of the notable aspects of Geometry Dash Lite is its addictive nature. The game's difficulty gradually increases as players advance, ensuring a constant sense of challenge and accomplishment. With each attempted level, players become more adept at maneuvering their avatar, honing their reflexes, and mastering the intricacies of each obstacle. This addictive gameplay loop keeps players immersed and motivated to improve their skills.
While I would love the idea of a sideboard i.e. making certain changes to the deck according to the match, I find it extremely unlikely. Its not even guaranteed to make the game better or more interesting, all it essentially does is allow the players to counter specific matchups more potently.
A common example would be cards like Speaker Stomper which really in reality counter one deck in the current meta, or even something as innocent as Lingering Zombie which really ramps up win rate vs aggro for druid.
Honestly, I dont see this happening. Balancing would need to be very precise, and it really doesnt change a lot in terms of deck building. There was once a tournament that did precisely that, allowing sideboards, from what I remember it wasnt really making drastic changes to the meta, nor was it allowing niche decks to appear, at least tournament wise.
I'm curious if they'll implement something similar to Yu-Gi-Oh's Extra Deck. You can't put the cards there in the regular deck by any means, and they have special mechanics to get them on the board. Kinda similar to stuff Runi, Time Explorer, or even the new Excavate treasures, except you'd have a degree of control over card pool.
Various devs did mention the 4 expansions per year idea every now and then for over 2 years. I think the last time they said that the dev team is pretty evenly split between keeping the 3 expansions + 3 mini-sets vs doing 4 Expansions per year.
I personally like the Idea of mini-sets, but I don't find it very exciting to only be able to add a few new cards to my decks and potentially don't even draw them for the next couple games.
So far all of the event images were reused from various aspects of the game. Could this mean that there is going to be a headless horseman card/skin in the next Expansion?

I've been trying your Triple Blood deck for the past few days, and it does have some reach.
70+ health is just ridiculous, though. Hardly feels fair!
Henchmania!
Do not play the Warrior deck. It's all a bunch of expensive minions and unplayable spells.

Elise is a "Priest-Druid", and Reno is a "Rogue-Mage" (Tombs of Terror). He could be a rogue legendary this time...

Isn't this just a standard "lite" pack without the newest expansion? I don't see the point of it

Microsoft is being awfully generous compared to Activision 🤔

It's just a bug that they intend to fix. But yeah, I took advantage of it and finished it all in the first day too.
