Having played a bunch of Hysteria-Lock last week, and winning a lot of games, I approve of this. No combo should be so consistent and so easy pull off so early in a game.
I am glad they decided to nerf Hysteria. Usually they kill the deck by nerfing the cheapest card (Leeching Poison instead of Kingsbane), so nerfing a rare card instead of a common could be a hint towards better future.
Boooo! Why not just change Wretched Tiller? This puts the handcuffs on Priest, particularly with creative options like popping your own minion with Apotheosis and Hysteria. The card is still good, but it just dampens the fun factor.

Got both new Loot 'N Pillages but didn't play too much attention until I had rolled one. The +-version is 0/9 nowadays and if I recall correctly, the basic was 0/6.
I don't, 1000 portraits for me don't mean much, a lot of people just farm this and maybe if I didn't like playing control so much I would have gotten a few by now. You can also farm the lv 50s and getting the Legend portrait it's a matter of time, I got it once the quarantine started since I was playing more and since the Ashes of Outland patch made reaching legend easier (and pretty proud to have gotten there with one of my fav decks of all time, highlander priest, and not a quick aggro deck to farm wins). At the end of the day you just need to play your cards correctly and kinda know what other cards expected from the opponent.
So just play the way you enjoy and if you encounter this opponents just think of them as a big encounter that will make you feel good if you win and not bad if you lose if you feel they are superior than you.
Yeah, it's a known bug for over a month or two now. I'm not sure how it affects the MMR but I'm pretty sure it gives it out normally regardless (this is just from speculation and experience). I have gotten this bug a handful of times and it gets even more annoying when there are two of them in the lobby.

Neferset treachery is still viable. Cant believe they changed a standard card. Maybe cause they are afraid of future interactions?

My guess is they foresee additional issues in the future with Hysteria so it makes more sense to change it instead.
