Classic hs balance team. Instead of changing the wild cards, they completely kill one of the best aspects about the new priest card. Shitting on priest for no reason even though its already in a bad state. Brilliant job
This sucks really bad, I was using it in warlock to clear some of the board after dropping a Tickatus or after buffing a friendly demon with Man'ari Mosher so I gain a bunch of life. And I don't think this interactions were broken or anything. Too bad they couldn't find another way, hope they keep thinking of a better solution and this is just to remove the broken combo right now but I don't think it'll be the case.
And i had a lot of sucsess using it on the 5/5 lifesteal token from Enhanced Dreadlord to heal up to 20 health in one turn. That is sadly no longer possible :(
Well, we are not enemies :) It´s just a friendly competition. And I still want you to win, you deserve it from the beginning :) I´m just fooling around, throwing some more balls till it´s over :D
Boooo! Why not just change Wretched Tiller? This puts the handcuffs on Priest, particularly with creative options like popping your own minion with Apotheosis and Hysteria. The card is still good, but it just dampens the fun factor.
Easy, cause hysteria is the problem that limtis deisng space. It basicly made so couldnt ever print a minion with wheevr this atatcks in priest, warlock ro neutral ever again.
If isnt tilelr would be the next minion and the next or the next. Hysteria the problem card.
It is perfectly possible that you could encounter me with [Hearthstone Card (Cap'n Valeera) Not Found], a golden coin and the Legend card back. It is also pretty much guaranteed the intimidation factor would plummet as soon as I play a card (other than the coin of course) and reveal I'm playing some off-meta homebrew that is likely easier to beat than some basic portrait scrub who opens with Spymistress.
I'm a great midrange/value rogue player - possibly one of the best out there - but that makes me about as intimidating as a teddy bear.
The conclusion: there is as much variance in the players who have these cosmetics as there is anywhere else in HS, so there's little point in trying to infer much about them.
As for whether anything intimidates me: not really, but I do get super suspicious when an opponent plays a card I haven't seen played in years. You've gotta respect an Angry Chicken because there's no way the opponent doesn't have a plan that'll end in your demise.
I'm playing a lot of miracle priest, and actually, casting hysteria on your minions is sometimes the right thing to do. Clearing stealth minions, or just making use of your high health minions in this way is more effective that getting only one attack of your enemy minions.
well it is understandable, because right now you can play a big 7 drop and Hysteria it for board clear. but with this nerf you need for opponent to have a minion that can clear his own board. Hysteria was actually pretty powerful even in standard...
Could you explain how treachery would help? I can't think of a single thing.
Well not with Wretched Tiller, but as Marega pointed out, you could use Neferset Thrasher. Hit it with Deathspeaker, send it over with Treachery. Then cast Hysteria on that. But obviously you'll need some cost reduction with Emperor Thaurissan. You could even do the second Deathspeaker at 10 mana with the reduction. Convoluted, much harder to pull off than the Tiller OTK, but it's there.
UPDATE: AngryShuckie tested this and you can't actually target an immune enemy minion. There goes another meme dream down the drain, it's a crowded yet lonely place indeed. Thanks for testing it AngryShuckie!
Yeah, Hysteria is definitely the bigger limitation on design space since any future neutral/priest/warlock minion that triggers when attacking would need to be mindful of it. Changing Tiller would fix this particular problem, but leaves the door wide open for future ones.
well actually if you give it immune and then Treachery not only it will kill yourself, but also it is actually not possible to target immune enemy minions (only friendly)
Really happy about not disenchanting my extra Hysterias from the grand pack opening I saved for the miniset. I felt that card could eat a nerf, and now the golden and non golden copies will add quite a lot of steam to my dust balance.

I was doing the same, this really makes me sad since it was really cool to do it and nothing broken

I don't actually know! This is theoretical, but it's possible to test now, so maybe someone has the answer.

So happy about the Cannibalism nerf. Those who got it with From the Swamp felt unstoppable and it created a noninteractive game experience.

This is honestly more important to me than the hysteria nerf lol

I thought you couldn't target an immune enemy minion, so you wouldn't be able to cast Hysteria on the Neferset after passing it over.
I assume people have already done this and I am wrong, but it is a surprise to me.

I think they nerfed it precisely because of such interactions with friendly minions

If you give the Tiller to your opponent, its effect will hurt YOU. So unless you want a one-turn self-own, that ain't gonna work.
