Wait a minute, Flash of Lightning HAS to be absolutely broken in wild right? If you have Spirit of the Frog on board and the only spells in your deck are 1-mana nature spells, then frog will draw your entire deck since when you cast them they cost 0, which then frog will draw another 1-mana nature spell which then will be discounted again.
I mean you don't even have to do this, it's still an insane amounts of discount anyways.

Honestly, I've removed the plates on my PS5 a handful of times and it's quite easy! There is some resistance at first that feels awkward, but they are very sturdy and can definitely handle abuse.
If you did mess something up, at least you have new plates at the ready!
I am definitely going to pick up some spidey plates. Even if they don't go on the console, they'd be an awesome art piece for the wall. I'm so happy that we're starting to see more of this customization stuff, and that it's not being reserved for a limited release console. The number of Switches I own at this point is a bit absurd (Original, Pikachu+Eevee, Animal Crossing, ToTK) and had Nintendo of been able to do a replaceable backplate, everything woulda been a+.
What Sony is doing here cuts down on e-waste. Sure, does anyone actually need spiderman plates? No. But if we're going to get them anyway, it's nice to have a more environmentally, and wallet conscious option.
I think we're looking at 2024 for a 'full' release of POE2. The open beta, however, could drop at the end of summer - the question is, will it be a soft launch as well? The first few years of POE1 were basically a perma-beta, and it wouldn't surprise me if they used the same model with POE2, albeit on a shorter timeframe.

I disagree. I started to play with PC release which was in middle of Morales season. I played 2/3 times a day just to clear quests and got all pool 3 cards around Modok season (~5 months). I think with new cache system it would be even faster with more 4/5 pool cards available.
And about meta, until yesterday's nerf top decks were Bounce and Silver Surfer decks which mostly use Pool 3 cards. They reminded me classic HS with face hunter on the top.
