Maybe, but not because of this card, it's nothing too insane as far as I a concerned, you need to remember this is a 3rd expansion of the year the power level is gonna be much higher.
Something for miracle rogue or galakrond rogue i guess... At least it's a cheap minion. Generally we have seen cards like these on more expansive minions, which is why those cards were really bad. i might give this the benefit of the doubt, as it's low cost might salvage it. maybe it might see play in some kinda Silas Darkmoon OTK deck. Seems doable in wild i guess, after the Emperor Thaurissan tick, alongside lots of cheap spells like Backstab and one of two Mo'arg Artificers. There is a lot of potential for this card, as long as it gets support it might be fine.
Its certainly no slouch on value. And right on time if you're playing on curve for Lightforged Zealot. A very good midrange option for all occasions. Might actually make a more aggressive midrange paladin playable.
There's very little else to say really. Its just a very dependable, high tempo card. If it doesn't see play in standard now, it will at some point.
Incredible card. 6 mana 6/6 with taunt is nice, AND you get a 3/3 weapon, which is really nice. Basicly it's a both a defensive and offensive card in 1. Can't really say nothing bad about this card. It's Fire Elemental with a weapon attached, and +3 health & taunt.
Standard: This will see plenty of play in Pure paladin lists, and because it's no minion it will surely see play in BIG Paladin. Great supportive card to these archetypes.
Wild: Not sure if this will be that great in wild. Turn 6 is pretty late against aggro, and most paladin decks are already STACKED with 6+ cost cards, so it has a LOT of competition in those decks. Also most paladin decks in wild right now are spell focused, and often more aggro-y. The only decks that might use Hammer of the Naaru are some OTK Paladin lists i guess?
This is insane! What are they thinking? Yes, it requires a bit of setup, but don't forget how many cards DH can draw in a typical game, including some potential Skull discounts. It's going to be VERY unfun to get killed by this BS.
It's a powercreep nonetheless. Fire Elemental is the closest thing to it, but still much weaker. Also many times weaker than Lord of the Arena. These are existing cards, too and they don't have that much of a swing just because it's in late game.
It won't be strange if Hearthstone Team will bump up the stats on all the high cost cards when reworking Classic and Basic.
DH lifesteal tools are very small, thinking of Eye Beam and Aldrachi Warblades but we still need to see all the cards before making an accurate decision. Did not expect Il'gynoth to be a DH class card though
[Hearthstone Card (Swarm of Locusts) Not Found] is crying in a corner. Really nice car that pairs really well with other DH synergies like Wrathscale Naga
WOAH! This is a cool card, and fits with DH very well. Turning healing into damage works way better for DH than priests too lmao.
Il'gynoth has good stats for it's cost, turns Eye Beam into a deal 3 damage to a minion AND your opponents hero. Aldrachi Warblades damage gets basically doubled. Soul Cleave is also strong. Ashtongue Battlelord gets even stronger, and that new Felscream Blast is insane alongside Il'gynoth. The only bad thing about Il'gynoth is that it prefents you from healing, meaning that you can get bursted down way faster than normal, if you opponent decides to go FACE and keep your Il'gynoth alive.
Standard: This will see play in Soul DH, as it fits in nearly perfectly. BUT i feel like Il'gynoth might actually give rise to another archetype: Heal DH. This new archetype will probably play similarly to heal zoo-lock.
Wild: It's even costed, so luckely it can't get slotted into ODD DH, but i still think it will be a viable DH card. This is because most DH archetypes are still strong in both Standard AND Wild. And as long as it goes in a fast aggro deck, it will certainly be a great card/deck.
If you have a Knife Juggler on board, you only summon 6, so 7 can’t die to get the resummon effect. You could play it on an empty board, trade one, play Juggler, then trade the rest. Still 6 juggles!
Not so sure if this will actually be good. Should the tokens have rush this would be amazing, but having 2 1/1 with taunt doesn't look too promising especially in a class like DH which is mostly aggro.
If I might suggest something to the site administrators - every time a link on a card reveal is clicked it navigates you out of the site. I think that's a bit of a design flaw, for people having to click back as well as ones that just don't go back.

Il'gynoth is a New Demon Hunter Card Revealed for Hearthstone's Darkmoon Faire Expansion
If I'm not wrong Il'gynoth + 2x Mo'arg Artificer + 2x Ethereal Augmerchant + Felscream Blast is 11 mana 36 dmg combo (You could set up a 0 mana Mo'arg Artificer playing Raging Felscreamer before for a 9 mana OTK)
[Game] Card Treasure Hunt (The Resurrection Attempt)
Menagerie Magician

Damn, right. I don't know why I missread it believing it was 6 instead 7.

What the actual fuck.
Il'gynoth is a New Demon Hunter Card Revealed for Hearthstone's Darkmoon Faire Expansion
Oh, great... More Burn for DH.
Since it has Lifesteal and a fairly high Amount of Health, getting rid of this Guy alone might cost you 4-6 HP.
New Paladin Weapon - Hammer of the Naaru
This card looks really good! Lots of value for 6 mana.
New Rogue Minion - Prize Plunderer
Ok Soulbound Ashtongue, get ready for those spicy MEMES.
Could be good I guess, but it needs so much work just for a mediocre effect a Rush lackey will no doubt accomplish just as well.
New Demon Hunter Minion - Renowned Performer
This seems just ok. It's interesting that they seem to be pushing DH toward more control-type strategies.

This will clear a lot of boards, and has synergy with a variety of DH's existing cards. Expensive, but could be strong.

I mean... sure? Good arena card, but maybe there will be more support that will be revealed soon that might make this playable.

How can this be miracle? It hurts only minions.
New Paladin Weapon - Hammer of the Naaru
Not strong enough to see constructed play in any serious deck. Fantastic Arena card tho.
