They mentioned that soul fragments are supposed to be good in quest warlock, but after the quest is completed, if you tap into a fragment, doesn't that actually hurt you? Since the price discount would go to the fragment instead of the actually card you draw. Am I making a wrong assumption here?

What the **** blizzard?!? Those cards are incredibly strong, mainly [Hearthstone Card (Soulshard Labidary) Not Found]! What did they drink/smoke while designing those cards????? Looks like a fun archetype, but those pay-off cards are WAAYY overtuned! And all of these cards are really well statted as well! 

Cards with self discounts are usually pretty strong and this could easily fit into many archetypes for both classes. Libram Paladin gets to benefit the most but Priest could make a good use of this as well. 

I think a 5 mana 7/8 with Taunt is enough for a Soul Fragment deck to be viable. This card can stop aggro decks by itself, and one hit is almost 1/4th of your opponents life gone.

Was hoping to see more support for Libram Paladin and here is the first big one. Easily becomes a 0-mana Sunwalker for Paladin.

This is a highly meta dependent card. In a Control vs Control game it needs immediate removal as could easily create a big snowball. Against Aggro/Tempo it's way too slow. Combo decks won't mind you wasting a turn playing this while they draw their win condition. This card only has value in very slow metas. It certainly looks fun to play with but i don't think it will be good unless the meta slows down a lot which i don't really believe is going to happen.

Buffadin... Cube priest can  make use of this too I suppose...

Granted, this particular dataset was entirely collected pre-1.6 so it doesn't reflect those changes, but it had P&Z and Bilgewater both as markedly less powerful than Noxus / Ionia / SI / Frejlord.

Seems like either people see this as God tier or trash. Yes, this could be nuts if you were to get a copy of some high cost card, massively discounted, in a control deck. Yes, this could also be utter garbage if you grab an aggro-midrange card that doesn't have synergism with your class and is already low cost. 

The one thing that makes this in my mind a card that may be run is the fact it has pseudo-taunt as you don't want this thing staying around to allow your opponent insight to what is in your hand but also giving them cheap resources. That said, i think it's at best 3 stars as it reminds me a lot of a value generator card that never found any footing when cards were a lot weaker than they are now (Chromaggus). Positive is you guarantee the resource unlike Chromaggus but instead of a card in your deck you would actually like a copy of, this is a random card. 

My first match today, I queued into a Priest. I closed the game without even touching my mulligan, didn't even concede. 
This card is not going to help me in my behavior towards queuing into a Priest.

A1-cost Backstab, Murloc or other trash that you don’t really need in your hand.

With Hec / Sej / Ashe I play against her like I play against Nat / Maokia which is put everything into finishing the game as fast as possible. I guess my hard counter is decks that are even slower. I didn’t notice the mediation nerf or even the Karma cost increase because I didn’t really notice her before. When my nexus got nuked from 20 to zero with burst spells in one turn Itook notice.

Honestly I'm not seeing much synergy at all between Hecarim/Ephemerals and Sej/Ashe/Frostbite.  If you like Frejlord, you might want to consider going to an allegiance deck more dedicated towards Frejlord with perhaps Noxus splash (Trifarian Assessor is super good with both champs).  Or alternatively: there are some "zombie Ashe" decks which focus more on control and look to finish with a big Ashe + The Harrowing finish.  Regardless: I'll try to advise for your existing archetype as-is. 

I'm guessing you want to abandon your control strategy and play more like a tempo deck--adding more and more stats to the board each turn, punishing the fact the Karma player is trying to stall.  You didn't explicitly say it, but I'm guessing you're facing mostly about Karma + Ezreal decks--these decks rely hard on using their burn spells to remove your midgame threats while simultaneously leveling their Ezreal.  This makes it extremely valuable when you can counter with protection of your own--namely Elixir of Iron and Fury of the North.  Also always keep in the back of your mind that those decks will always run 3x Thermogenic Beam and to play it for maximum effect, so try to deny them good targets by either waiting until they don't have enough mana to target your significant threats or they need to spend more mana then they want.

The good news is that these decks don't usually run Deny, so if you can get a Hecarim in your rez pool and then Harrowing that is very likely GG.

6 mana for 8/8 worth of stats is good, even better if they have rush.

Druid is known for giving their tokens wide buff spells with power of the wild and Savage Roar. When RoS was fist launched The Forest's Aid saw some constructed play since it's generally difficult for your opponent to remove a 10/10 worth of stats back to back. Other notable cards that have synergy with this spell is the legendary Goru the Mightree, which will give a permanent +1/+1 to all friendly treants in the game once played, making this spell generate 12/12 worth of stats, and Aeroponics, which turns the 5 mana draw (2) into 0 mana. 

In Shaman this card is INSANE. So with cheap AOE buffs such as Totemic might and Totemic shock you can play 3 cards for a total of 16/16 worth of stats on the board which can set up lethal with Bloodlust. This spell also curves into Boggspine Knuckles, and with treants traditionally being a 2 cost minion, you can swing with the weapon and generate a board full of 3 mana minions instead. And we shouldn't forget that any card that helps you swarm the board will help discount Mogu Fleshshaper, and even the Fist of Ra-Den, although the pool of 6 drop legendaries is pretty small.
