It's Fire Elemental battlecry, she requires a little deck building, but it seems that the Soul Fragment mechanic will be very strong
This is the weakest of the Soul Fragment package, and still very strong, if battlecry is active. If not, still playable on curve in the match ups where you desperately need to put stuff on board.
Damage to whom? Any character?
Premium 3-drop stats and a conditional strong battlecry. Sounds really good.
You will need a lot of support, as with all the other Soul Fragment cards, but it has the potential to be good. I hope it will turn out better than the ill-fated Spirit of the Bat stuff that happened with Rhastakan's Rumble
Decent package support... But hard to say if it is even makes the cut, probably does, but not in every deck.
