Lyris the Wild Mageisn't really my cup of tea. It's fine, but there's already of a lot of spell generation in mage and this doesn't do anything too differently from those.
Plaguemaster Rancel doesn't have much support. Poisonous minions are already designed to kill anything it comes in contact with, so this functions more as a deterrent to board clears than anything else. If you're trying to get value, they can just kill this pretty easily.
You added an extra a between the o and x in Oxana Demonslay. Doesn't feel like an effect that would go on a legendary to me, and I feel like it could cost 1 more.

It should say spells from other classes though, as the way is worded right now implies that it only reduces spells from one class if you're holding spells from all different sorts of classes. I might consider having it reduce the cost to 1, just to minimize the risk of any infinite combos that rise up.
Generated spells are from the class of your hero. If you want spells from different classes, you have to specify it in the card text. I agree with bigcums that this is too good for its cost.
Dancin' Deryl: So your minions can potentially swap places with your opponent's? That seems really powerful, especially if you got a board of small minions and your opponent has a bunch of big ones.
Icaraxdealing damage to heroes makes it seems more like warlock and less like warrior.

I have to admit, I forgot about Galakrond and the Lackeys. But I meant random spell as in 'from any class', was that not implied clearly enough? This would make the cards harder to spend, while also advancing Burgle rogue. As it stands, you're probably right, about too many small minions, but on the other hand Galakrond rogue often has to many resources, clogging up the hand. I'll have to give the small spells a look over to see whether getting a random hand full off them would be OP.

People aren't worried about Coronavirus because they might die, but because it spreads so fast and unpredictably. It isn't just about how bad catching it is, it is also about how likely you are to catch it and then spread it to who knows how many people.

Reached D5 - 2 weeks ago, and had arranged a gauntlet of Decks, around 4 different to tackle the climb to legend. After every loss decisive loss i would change the deck and try another one. Got multiple times to D1 with 3 stars but then losing the matchup without any chance. These plays were not in vain though, knowing how the different decks playout und what is essential in which matchups helped understanding making decions with the deck that finaly brought me to legend, Highlander Mage. It is a Fun deck to play and even the worst matchup, Hunter can swing from dire to win in an instant. The comeback mechanic of Puzzlebox / Amazing Reno makes it possible. The legend try from D5 to Legend took 75 games with a record 46-29. Most losses were against DH and Hunter, post nerf losses were against hunter only. In the End stick to your preferences, play mindless aggro, thoughtfull control or midrange which can be both depending on your start. I have chosen mage because of the comeback potential turn 6 and later which makes it more likely to play out until the end as with some other decks you can concede if you lose board and lifetotals of opponent are to high.
Damn... an event in November. More than 5 months ahead and they've gone and canceled it. That's really rough. Although it's understandable, so they don't have to let down ticket buyers. Usually, tickets are available to purchase in May, but that was delayed because of them deciding whether it is worth the risk, and they went with the safe route. Respects to them.
I don't have any great advice for the OP but I just wanted to say good luck in your quest for first time legend. It is nice that it's only 15 stars from Diamond 5 to legend compared to the old 25 from 5 to legend. Not that I've gotten there yet myself either.
I've been running Dragon Hunter this month too for much of the climb and I've made it up to Diamond 3 before falling back a bit. It's fun when it works and not too frustrating when it fails as long as I don't run into five priests in a row.

Based on feedback and which of my ideas I like the most, I'm probably going to go with one of these three.
I've played around with the costs a bit. Hopefully, they're balanced. Let me know what you think.
