i did not despair after my major fuck-up last week. So far I have had these ideas.
Salvation is helping to etablish the Paladin as the merciful guy who can either give his enemies a second chance to turn to the good or save his own people. It is simple but beautiful.
Gogmadar is the saving grace for discard decks. You discarded your important win condition? No problem, he gets it back for you. He can unleash all the cardy that never got a chance to be played... if the game is going for the longer run. Currently discard is only viable as aggro since you do not really want to lose important cards as a control player but Gogmadar enables this kind of a longer term discard-playstyle.
I will give some Feedback to the other people in this thread later.
Unfortunately Feuerrabe, the prompt this week is to design cards that interact with your opponent's deck. They are allowed to affect both decks, but not yours alone; both of your cards would need to be reworked.
In short, my region has been set to Europe for the entire time of beta. I'm not a European player though, (US East-American). I thought the region was incorrect due to beta, but now that the game has gone live, I'm not so sure. I did some searching and apparently a few years back Riot combind all regions? But I'm concerned that for LoR I'm somehow incorrect set. I never had a chance to tell it otherwise...
Thematically, you are correct. Balance wise, that would be batshit insane. Teemo with Scout would have to be severely nerfed...like...."When I attack insert 2 shrooms in the enemy deck" nerfed.
Otherwise if he was out on turn 1, he could attack twice, once for scout, and once again for regular attack which means on turn 1, you already have 10 shrooms in your deck. See how balance wise that's a nightmare?
Hypothetically if he was removed. He could attack again on turn 3, level up after his first scout attack, (15 shrooms in deck now). And then on his regular attack double shrooms. (30 shrooms in deck).
Turn 3, 30 shrooms in deck with 0 other cards played other than Teemo himself is broken. So that's probably why they didn't give him the "Scout" keyword.

I'm not sure which deck can get 6-7 minions as 3/3s on turn 4.
Druid at best ramp to 6-mana on coin on turn 3 and then plays Glowfly + maybe INnervate + Power of the Wild on 4....which is the absolute highroll....and even then you can Hellfire that.
Most of the time you're dealign with 2-health minions, which most control deck can deal with in some capacity.
If you're upset with board flooding just build a deck that counters it.
I mean...if you'Re playing a deck a deck that can't respond to a wide board in any way of course you're going to lose.
Mhm. Can you give me some turn 4 responses to boards of 6-7 minions that are 3/3 or even 4/4?
Not pressing the "end turn" button the first few turns usually helps. If you're letting it get that far, chances are your deck is too passive for the current meta, which is rather aggro-focussed.
This could be a decent tech card for aggro decks to counter stuff like Withering Wail or Miss Fortune - if not for the fact that Demacia as a region doesn't particularly lend itself to aggro decks. So at best, I see this as a super niche card for experimental aggro builds with a splash of Demacia (perhaps something like Dawnspiders?).
It's a weird meta right now. So many decks with mulligan specific win scenarios. It is almost pointless taking part. There should be a button where the people with those decks can just have imaginary opponents. Especially murlocs and treants - they empty their hands by turn 3 having successfully randomly drawn their combo, and then draw into the next. My side of the board is pointless/meaningless.
Some interesting facts: 1- Etheral units cannot die anymore; 2- Kill effects that requires the target to die still resolves but won't kill the unit. Example: Glimpse Beyond draws 2 cards without killing the target, but Chronicler of Ruin does nothing; 3- Both Detain and Will of Ionia work as expected; 4- Playing Detain on a target with Unyielding spirit is almost a death penality; 5- The target doesn't take any damage but retains the current HP if damaged prior the cast. This is important when blocking against Overwhelm units.
Would be great if attacking a bamboozled dormant minion did not damage neither one but make a DOIIIIIIIIIING sound like when you hit a glass wall (not shattering it just bouncing back) :-)
Spiked Hogrider
Can give Shudderwock Charge, 10/10.
Kodorider
Imagine if it summoned another Kodorider.
Dragonrider Talritha
I wish I opened this card in a pack, seems fun to use.
Troll Batrider
This may find a place in standard.
Scalerider
That's actually some decent tempo.

Whacky (tilting?) meta!
That dragons breath or something from priest. 3 mana deal 2 dmg. What deck are u playing that is so passive btw?
Rising Tides Theorycraft Decks From Top Streamers
does "import deck" works ? I tried (as usual from deck page) but Runeterra says that code is not valid ...
Is this Normal? Thought it was due to beta, but now I'm not sure...

Bladestorm does look fun. But it will only remove 1 of 6 or 7 threats.

What really doesn't make sense is Teemo not having the scout keyword.
I mean, his title is THE SWIFT SCOUT and literally has a line: "I 'll scout ahead" ¬.¬
