The difference between Garren and Johana is because I'm not sure if it's better to present a minor, existing character or a made up one with an artwork that fits the fantasy of the card better.
So just about everyone here predicted this card would be insane. Now we've had it in the meta for a few weeks, I'm curious what people's impressions are? I haven't seen a ton of secret rogues, but those I've seen are all running this card, probably x2. It definitely gets the job done!
I still have misgivings about this removing 9-10 cost minions, though. It hasn't happened to me yet, but just the idea of essentially a 1-mana Assassinate that takes up hand space and has a body and bypasses Elusive. I know I'd be pretty steamed if someone chucked an 11-mana Ysera, for example, into my hand. Scrapyard Colossus is also seeing some play, against expectations. Does anyone else think Blackjack Stunner should say "not more than 10"?
Ive seen my fair share of secret rogue. The card's "fair", mostly because it requires a secret to be active. That means to use this effectively rogue has to hold on to one secret in their hand. And that rogue deck has to put in secrets, making it harder to fit in other stuff.
My opinion is that Sap is still more efficient if you're playing aggro. Even if this card didn't exist, Flik Skyshiv can still reliably destroy big druid, especially when used with Shadowstep.
Its fairly annoying to have a card you cant play stuck in your hand, but playing one big minion against rogue decks has always been inefficient anyway so it doesn't exactly cover rogue's weaknesses.
This beauty got me 7 downvotes in less than an hour on imgur. I see this in a Control Mage deck as a disruption tool. Probably very polarising and the art would be hard to find, so here's another card:
The discover hits our own deck because a gambler usually knows the stacks, but not the outcome. I wanted it to have an immediate impact so the swapped card gets added to hand. Here starts the trouble: I'm not sure about the wording. 1) Should it be a "random" card from my opponent's deck? 2)Is it okay to add "it" to your hand, meaning the card from the opponent's deck? For the stats I used Hench-Clan Burglar as a reference. I was also toying around with something cost-related like reducing the cost of the swapped card by 1 or pulling a card from the opponent that costs 1 more than my own, but there's only so much space there. It could work out if the card doesn't get added to hand, though.
I started it again just now and it only took a minute! It was probably just some weird issue with my computer, it also took all night to install Runeterra so I probably have a problem with my pc. Thanks for the responses and help, I’m glad it’s not an issue for everyone!
I really like Miss Fortune, and Sejuani would definitely go in my Frostbite deck, but to make three of each would be most of my shards. Doesn't leave a lot of stuff for the supporting cards...
Definitely better to wait and see if you open a free champion, THEN spend a few resources crafting around them IMHO. It probably won't be the champion you "picked", but in my experience getting a little creative is even more enjoyable than just duplicating a meta deck.
However be aware of the fact that if you draw from the empty deck of the opponent YOU are going to loose because it doesnt matter from which cardless deck you drew
As for the topic at hand, I haven't played the game in a while so my resources aren't super impressive - only 23k shards. I really like Miss Fortune, and Sejuani would definitely go in my Frostbite deck, but to make three of each would be most of my shards. Doesn't leave a lot of stuff for the supporting cards...
@DestroyerR. Thank you very much! I see the synergies now. When I first saw your card, it reminded me a little of another card in the thread that doubled your bombs, so that was all I could think of lol.

I really liked the new version until KANSAS pointed out that it could have been printed like this:
Maybe increases its health so it doesn't die to small minions?

Only one copy? Why not go all the way and make it three? Only friendly minions? Why not any minion? I can't think of a way that casting a Gang Up for your opponent could break the game xD
In all seriousness though, I like this a lot better as your not giving up much for a benefit that you're not going to see until much later.

This seems really strong compared to the recently nerfed Bad Luck Albatross, but seeing that this can only work in a pure Paladin archetype, I think this is okay power-level wise.

To all who plan to go for Nautilus i gonna tell you that all Nautilus decks that i faced so far were a complete trash piles of of big greedy creatures that cant defend the nexus, are unreliable removal (Devourer of the Depths yes you sir) and do not even win the game when you get to the depts because it still goes like heimer turrets > Monsters.
I know I wont stop you from crafting Nautilus and the deck around him i just want to warn you guys that he proably wont be good.
Maokai however is preety strong and especially with Twisted Fate you easyly can kill the opponent the turn Maokai levels up, stealing the rest of the opponent's deck.
However be aware of the fact that if you draw from the empty deck of the opponent YOU are going to loose because it doesnt matter from which cardless deck you drew
I think fits the requirements. You should verify with someone else, though. The card seems really low in power level to me. You run have to run enough [Hearthstone Card (Thoughtseize) Not Found] effects, play this card, then play those cards in order to get a benefit? It's not an effect that should be brought out early, so seven mana is fine, so I would bump its stats to 7/7. To best of my knowledge, I would template the card like this: "Battlecry: For the rest of the game, your cards remove all cards from your opponent's deck that you copy."

Horrific Vision: This card is very high variance. The minions from your opponents deck, so you have no control over what happens. Cards like Dimensional Ripper and recruit style effects are fun because there is some control over what happens by building a deck to maximize its effect, while cards like Free From Amber and Power of Creation mitigate the inherent randomness through Discover. This does neither and can lead to some very-feel bad moments because the card costs 8. I would make this a Discover effect to reduce the variance and make this more fun to play, and maybe increase the cost to 9.
Nether Ritualist: This card is fine design-wise, but it doesn't stand out to me all that much as a scaled-up Gnomeferatu. I would make it a 3/4. This type of effect isn't as strong as it appears in my opinion, but I rather leave as a minion then as a spell that Yogg effects can cast multiple times.

Yes, I think it counts. What happens after all the bombs explode? Do the removed cards get shuffled back into the deck? If that's the case, it's an interesting idea. I think the card needs some fine-tuning, but it could end up a being a solid card.
@Dermostatic

The design is solid but I don't think this is the type of effect that makes for a good play experience. The fact that it scale ups so much means that the opponent could get locked out of the game by drawing only imps. I'm a fan of exploring different types of disruption and counterplay, and I think the game could use more of them, but there's a point where it can shut down the opponent completely and I'm afraid that this card could easily do that.

Vampiress Bloodrose: Interesting, not sure if its a benefit or a drawback. I could see this in a zoo deck if not for the lifesteal, but it makes sense for the flavor the card. No complaints here, pretty cool card.
Wildfire: The second sentence could be shortened to: "Remove a card from your opponent's deck for each." (see DOOM!). As for the design itself, its a good nod to Druid fatigue decks of the past, but it would be giving the class direct milling for the first time, so I'm not sure how that would be received. As for the name, how about Scorched Earth? Its references a war tactic and still fits the flavor from my point of view. I would keep it at 4 mana.
However be aware of the fact that if you draw from the empty deck of the opponent YOU are going to loose because it doesnt matter from which cardless deck you drew
Lol that's hilarious--I don't even need to actually see it I can just picture in my mind some cock-sure kid doing it out of sheer BM and then literally speechless as the "defeat" screen pops up. Thank you for making my day.

While it is a nice card and it can win games. If on turn 5, you commit all your mana to play that card and it gets Will of Ionia. It will basically lose you the game.
So it's a win the game or lose the game card. You will have to play it carefully and know what counters it. Also keep in mind, Overwhelm will still do damage over top of the card just like barrier. It does not prevent damage.
10/5 Overwhelm Darius attacks vs blocking 3/3 Indestructible Fiora will still deal 7 damage to your Nexus.
For those interested in climbing with budget decks, I'd recommend checking out Old Guardian who often spends his time working on viable decks, and makes good videos on them.
Invincible card?
Let's not forget Judgment played on Fiora can potencially win the game right away while Unyielding spirit will take a couple turns.

Broken card as predicted, they should at least make it cost (2). Still really strong as that, but acceptable, since it comes with a condition.

No, it's a targeted freezing trap on a stick for 1 mana. This card really needs to cost 3.

Same here... maybe 5 mins. BUT I did have issues with it not recording it when I KNOW I completed two quests.
It did the same thing when open beta started then went away. SO I assume there are simply just some kinks to work out.
What will you craft?
Black Market Merchant, Yordle Grifter, and Pilfered Goods can steal cards from the opponent's deck. There may be more; I'm just going from what I remember off-hand.
