Based on what you've posted, your answer should be "yes", you are waiting for the confirmation to pop up considering you've stated the site says "your collection is updated".
We haven't had any server-side errors log from the collection management page since the last update went out with fixes midday Friday. Do any errors appear in your browser's console after you click on the import button?
I was able to successfully import your collection without errors. The steps I took to do so are as follows:
Visit the collection page.
Click on JSON importer.
Paste your blob into the provided field.
I click on the blue submit collection button below the JSON field.
A top-right notification appears stating the collection update is queued.
I wait some time
A success (green) notification states it was successfully updated.
Are these the exact steps you have taken as well?
After following the procedure, I have the issue that on the site il lists my collection as having 2x Underlight Angling Rod, Nagrand Slam, Bladestorm, as well as several other epic cards where I have only 1 x, and 3x Skeletal Dragon when I only have 2. HS replay collection is correct and I tried importing collection several times waiting for the green notification.
Man, I thought for sure my card would make it to the finals :(
oh well, GL to the finalists!
Maybe it looked too scary. If you play this late in the game when your opponent has a small hand, it comes close to being a 3 mana Time Warp. Of course the board isn't affected, but anyway… at least to my eyes it looks scary and a bit outlandish. I mean, having unplayable cards in hand because of an effect isn't something we're used to right now. Is there an example for this in the game? I can only imagine it might look like corrupted cards from that warlock watcher minion.
Good luck to all the finalists! And fingers crossed for my favorite this week, Counter Shot. Saving Grace should have made it, too, it was really a fair Ice Block with paladin flavor.
Aww! Thank you! It made my day to see my card is someone's favorite of the week! :)
I can't decide if I like Counter Shot or not. It is exactly like Freezing Trap but for spells, do I like it because it is simple and practical, or do I dislike it because it is uninspired and boring? I am leaning towards dislike because I don't think it fits Hunters theme to disrupt spells. Their secrets traditionally only deal with the board.
Isn’t Jagged Butcher kind of insane? He’s basically a Cithria (without the Elite tag) that can gain +1|+1. Hopefully plunder is too hard to activate in early turns
Honestly, Bomb Warrior spells doom for them relatively easily. You are able to deal with their board with all the tricks from Risky Skipper, you are able to continually draw due Ancharrr, and you can drop lots of bombs into their deck for them to draw into, which honestly is what that class does, it cycles heavily through its own deck. But that is my experience.
*Opponent* Draws perfect opening hand, plays optimum cards for first 5 turns, draws like a fucking god, gets perfect RnG.
*Me* Draws nothing below 6 mana for opening hand, can barely play anything for first 5 turns, draws like I shat in Mike Donais cereal, gets worst RnG possible.
Seriously WTF did I do to whom to deserve this crap on a daily fucking basis.
Well this is another idea. My previous one was using Demacia and Ionia, reducing the Cost of Zephyr through Mobilize. Tons of survivability, but this one has a lot more speed.
Like the idea, but survival is a problem. From what have been revealed so far it seems like Bilgewater doesn't have a lot of tools to help you reach the lategame (Powder Kegs + Twisted Fate could be an interesting option).
A lot of those people train together, but there is still a pretty large diversity, especially right after nerfs hit and between regions.
e.g. NoHands Warrior was quite popular, but variations of it were very different and some people didn't bring it (or warrior at all, sometimes). DH was likewise pretty popular but some players didn't bring that either and it also differed between tempo and OTK. Zoo was pretty scarce in Europe (and carried Swidz to some insane 3-0 series) but common in Asia.
By the time the meta settles and decks are refined you usually see less diversity, but there are still some strokes of brilliance from time to time (like HunterAce's Bwonsamdi in combo priest that took a while to filter through until literally everybody was running it). I think prt of Blizzard's high rate of changes are to prevent the stalemate that usually happens a month after a new expansion launches.

The Final Bilgewater Champion Teaser for Rising Tides - Who is the Captain?
Two guns and a heart, flowing red hair, that's definitely Miss Fortune. I wonder if her ability will be like her ultimate in League.

In regards to the Glowfly Swarm, Waste Warden hits those minions quite well without the need to play rogue and Flik Skyshiv
Another Teaser for Bilgewater's Final Champion in the Rising Tides Expansion - Sneak Around Town…

It might just be perspective or my lack of knowing leg size but does she have big thighs?
Gangplank is Bilgewater's Newest Champion and He's Bringing Exploding Powder Kegs

Totem Shaman is pretty good deck...if your opponent passes his first two turns.
Never played such a feast or famine deck before but it'S pretty hilarious.
At least Shaman has a good base to go into the next expansion with and maybe get some upgrades.

Tempo is often gained though value trades, so more hp is never bad.
For instance, a 2 mana 2/3 that gives +2 to an ally is a good tempo card. What do you call shield of faith though?
