At the same time Mana Wyrm still had to be nerfed quite recently. Nobody wants snowball-y 1-drops, so there is no point in risking it becoming a problem again.
I'm not against raising it to a 2/3, but there is already good reason to pick Keeper over other silence: sometimes you would rather deal 2 damage than silence something. Keeper was always one of the choose one cards that actually used both choices often.
that's it, he is weak enough that just that would make him decent.. I mean he has already a downside with having 1 less starting gold.. and no other hero power..
maybe rework him to have the first minion each round to cost 1 and the rest normal, but that's probably an idea for another hero rather than a rework..
another idea: make his minions cost 2 but they get -1 attack.
I don't see why you feel the need to open another thread on the same topic.. it's clear the card is OP.. he WILL be nerfed tomorrow, there is actually 0 chance he won't be Riot is not Blizzard, they will address the elephant(in this case.. the horse) in the room and won't keep it forever (Like Jade Idol..)
There will be patch notes in a few hours and we will see what they decided to do with him.
Well, there’s way more broken stuff in Wild now, so I guess reverting Yoggis fine now.
And to the people who say he should not have been nerfed? Hearthstone tried to become a competitive game (Lul), and Yogg turned it into a complete clown fiesta. Imagine beating and outplaying your opponent for the whole game and then your opponent plays 1 card into a miracle Twisting Nether and fill the board. Yeah. Skillful. You literally lost out of nowhere and there was nothing you could do.
Making refresh cost 1, could turn him OP. I suggest minions cost 1 mana, but you start at 1 gold (wuuld be interesting, but possibly too much op), or just starting at 3 gold, so you can upgrade tavern turn 2 like everybody else...
Refresh is the only problem with him. Put refresh back to 1 mana, and he will be a lot better, but not overpowered. I really enjoy playing with him, but a few unlucky rolls and you're screwed because of that refresh cost.
I very rarely pick Defender of Argus. I don't see the effect super useful outside of trying to get taunt to a poisonous/divine shield minion. But then again my Battlegrounds rating is horrible so what do I know.

Hearthstone's Dean Ayala thinks Millhouse Manastorm Needs a Buff in Battlegrounds
How on earth is he "pretty Stronk" if the article literally states he's the weakest of all the heroes?

remove the cost increase on the refresh mechanic.

The more taunts you have, the more value you can get from that "give +2/+2 to all your taunts", so that's a nice buff.
OK, I think Hecarim needs to be tunned down

This. 2015 Huntertaker looks pale in comparison to today’s Mech Face Hunter or Pirate Warrior. Also there are more defensive cards today than in 2015.

Although it's not in contention I think keeper of the grove should be upped a little maybe to a 2/3 he used to be 2/4 , now he's 2/2
People just play the 4/3 silence guy when they want silence in the 4 mana slot (for any class)
Druids should have a reason for picking keeper of the grove when they want silence.

A few suggestions. Either one will do.
- Start with 3 gold
- Create a minion that refreshes the bar when bought/sold
- Start at tier 2
At the moment, its really punishing if you get offed by minions available rng, this is more so with Millhouse.

The refresh cost is definitely holding him back. It's such a crucial feature.
