  • Two New Hearthstone Cards Revealed, Confirming Leaks - Escaped Manasaber & The Fist of Ra-den

    Quote From Fluxflashor

That would be two tokens, each named Icicle, with the Freeze keyword being the only text they have.

...but the keyword Freeze never appears by itself, it always has some explanatory text--"Battlecry: Freeze a character", "Freeze any character damaged by this minion", etc.

The two most likely possibilities IMO are: (a) Summon two 1/1 icicles with "Freeze any character damaged by this minion" (so, basically, create two mini Water Elementals); or (b) Summon two 1/1 icicles that start out as Frozen.

Of those two, (a) seems far more likely, since (b) would not be very useful--if you play Granizador on turn 5, you get two icicles that are frozen and exhausted; on turn 6 they're just frozen, which wears off at the end of turn 6, so you can actually attack with them on turn 7. I don't see much use in tokens that can't do anything for two turns...

A neutral mana-gain card, not sure whether that kind of card ever printed before.

Like this Water Elemental but maybe it will be official ketword, who knows.

  • New Shaman Weapon - The Fist of Ra-den

i think it's too slow to setup and not that impactful against slower decks

  • Two New Hearthstone Cards Revealed, Confirming Leaks - Escaped Manasaber & The Fist of Ra-den

Looks like the leaks were somewhat real after all. If that's true then there's some support for aggro. The one where you reduce its cost by damage dealt to enemies is very interesting. Almost close to a key card building something like heal zoo, except now the conditions is even easier. Will be looking forward to seeing the leaks confirmed.

    Now for something confirmed;

Escaped Manasaber - What this card essentially does is to automatically play a coin every time it attacks. But its not for the effect why this card is playable, its the fact that it has stealth, and with a health pool of 5 its not going to be AoE'd down easily. Most midrange and highlander will likely play this card. Being able to cheat out one mana may not be a lot, but it still counts. And if the minion survives the first attack, its a soft taunt that cannot be ignored.

The Fist of Ra-den - Just when you think shaman has some of the most OP cards in this set then here comes something that literally defies all decent sense. Its not just that it gives a minion, it gives a legendary minion, which substantially lowers the RNG factor on the minion summoned. And before you think its just an ooze away from being done, any deck that plays this card will almost certainly play 1-2 copies of Hoard Pillager so lucks out I guess, unless you Kobold Stickyfinger it away. Very powerful card, easily a centerpiece for control shaman.

Shoutout to that Loatheb like card for battlecry card (edited from minions) that will almost certainly see play. I look forward to this being the new most-hated-card candidate if it gets confirmed to be real.

That's a good point. It will probably just whiff and save your weapon charge.

  • New Shaman Weapon - The Fist of Ra-den

Could see it in a control deck for additional value since you most likely will be running an decent amount of big spells.

I really didn't see it coming; by the way, here's my calm reaction after reading your post:

  • Hearthstone's Road to Northrend Brawl Disabled Until Next Week Due to Ongoing Issues

    meh, it wasn't like that.

Tavern Brawl has already seen so many problems since early 2020. (Not to mention those "Top 3" Brawl when they compensate us with 300 gold). I guess the team doesn't do so good with Unity platform. (and to cut this short, this is me assuming thing)

  • New Shaman Weapon - The Fist of Ra-den

Random legendaries don’t seem too good, given how there’s a lot of lowroll battlecry minions. I guess the stats alone might make up for it, since as long as the next spell you cast gives you 4 mana worth of stats it’s paid for itself

  • New Neutral Minion - Escaped Manasaber

    Quote From Meteorite12

Doesn’t really look that great to me, not that great if you draw it after you’ve reached 10 mana, meaning you’ve got 5 turns where it could actually help out your curve

it still works at 10 mna, you just don't attack first.. it anables 11 mana turns without coins

Good to know that Blizzard isn't designing around Shudderwock anymore. That minion-focused Loatheb is crazy

A 4 mana 5 health stealthed minion. in divine spirit priest deck for example.

    Turn 4: Manasaber

    Turn 5: Power Word: Shield (+2nd PW:S) + Divine Spirit (+2nd DS) + Topsy

From what Incould gather, it seemed like some iOS users (maybe all?) Were having sudden crashes that would just kill the Game For them when finding Aviator Bob. And every time they would reopen the Game, they would reconnect to the crashing Match. The only fix was yo concede really fast after connecting

  • The Elder Scrolls: Legends - Ballista Gauntlet

The new TESL Gauntlet starts today for one event ticket or 150 gold per run (up to 3). This event will be available through January 20th.

A new event is coming to The Elder Scrolls: Legends! Introducing the Ballista Gauntlet, where the lane you choose to deploy your creatures matters more than ever. Compete against other players until you reach nine wins or three losses - whichever comes first. Each run through the Gauntlet costs one Event Ticket or 150 Gold, up to three maximum runs.

    Ballista Gauntlet: January 17 – January 20
In the Ballista Gauntlet, the normal Field and Shadow Lanes have been replaced! On the left is the Ballista Lane, which deals damage to your opponent if you control the most creatures in the Lane. On the right side is the Library Lane, which reduces the cost of actions by one Magicka as long as you control a creature there.

Will you fight for the more aggressive Ballista Lane or make the most of your actions in the Library Lane? Can you make the most of both? Your deckbuilding skills will decide! Rewards are earned with each victory and player performance is tracked on the leaderboards. Place high enough in the ranks at the end of the event and you could receive additional rewards!

The Ballista Gauntlet begins Friday, January 17 at 12pm ET and closes at 12pm ET on Monday, January 20. Events in The Elder Scrolls: Legends change regularly, so check in often to see what new challenges await!

  • Eternal - New Set: Echoes of Eternity

It seems like we just got Flame of Xulta yesterday (it was actually October) and Promises by Firelight last month, but we're already getting a new set with 200+ cards in February! Echoes of Eternity will be the eighth full set for the game since it first launched in November of 2016.

Spoilers start this Sunday on Twitch during Finals coverage for the Eternal Championship Qualifier: Strange Lands at 1:00pm ET.

Sol has faded, and nightmare has engulfed Xulta. A great horde prepares to march on the plateau of Sol’s Altar, shrouded in whispers and fog. Cultists in blackened bone armor stand alongside corrupted paladins, their gem tattoos consumed with sickly light and their minds seething with terror. Overhead, corrupted dragons dominate the skies, their fires illuminating the horde below.

Eremot has come for the Xultan Throne.

Deep in Xulta’s ancient past, the nightmare Eremot was once turned back by a band of champions who united to face a threat too dire for any to overcome alone.

Now, generations later, the skies above Sol’s Altar darken once more. Eremot has returned with a hunger too great for all of Xulta to contain, and a corrupting touch that bends others to his foul service. Will new champions rise to meet an old enemy, or has the Time of Ancestors run its course?

Find out in Echoes of Eternity, the eighth set in Eternal, bringing over 200 new cards to the game next month!

  • Galakrond's Awakening: Arena Impact

The Fist of Ra-den - 2 - Another entry in the "only draftable late" category. It's a tremendously powerful ability but spells are not always easy to come by when drafting.

Escaped Manasaber - 4 - Very good card that is even better for the classes that can take advantage of the beast tag. It guarantees the extra crystal so it's solid stats and a quick advantage that will be awesome if you can get it early.

  • Hearthstone's Road to Northrend Brawl Disabled Until Next Week Due to Ongoing Issues

They advertised a free pack for clearing the Tavern Brawl, and that's exactly what they are owed to pay to anybody who completes it.

I haven't paid anything? I'm sorry, would you like me to upload my collection so I can expose the SHIT out of you? I've spent hundreds on this game. The least Blizz can do in return is to make sure the rewards they promise are awarded properly.

And not just for me, but for everybody. If they tell you you are getting a pack if you do this, and you do the thing they ask of you, YOU SHOULD GET THE PACK. End of story, bottom line.

Keep booing me, I'm right. :)

  • Hearthstone's Road to Northrend Brawl Disabled Until Next Week Due to Ongoing Issues

    Quote From Zelgadis

They should be able to schedule any brawl they want at any time on internal test servers; no need to do that on the production servers.

My guess is that issue is with the client rather than the brawl itself, but the brawls uncover bugs that don't occur during normal play. Weird things have been happening ever since they upgraded Unity, such as purple keywords in the collection viewer.

Theoretically yes... practially in Real server it works just differently than on test server... sometimes just sheer amount of load on real server is what matters..

  • The Fist of Ra-den

Mini shaman Medivh, the Guardian pretty nice

  • Two New Hearthstone Cards Revealed, Confirming Leaks - Escaped Manasaber & The Fist of Ra-den

Wrote this before and My phone decided to die on me, so I Will make it quicker this time xD.

Hey! Just wanted to point out that "Alavil Incansable"'s text would be translated as "Costs 1 less for each point of damage dealt to the Enemy Hero this turn" as Adversario is a term mostly used for the opposing player.

I realised it only said Enemy on the English description and it might missrepresent the effect on the card.

Reduces cost by 1 for each damage dealt to enemy this turn

PS: I am not a native English speaker, but a Spanish one, so if the English text is on point and The "Enemy Hero" part is clear enough as it is, ignore this comment.

Now on the Cards... Really exited to try that Shaman Weapon... I need it in My collection for yesterday!
